DayTraders sends an email and says that multiple logins were detected at my location.
I explain that your alert regarding multiple logins from my location is not only expected—it’s the result of two legitimate traders operating from the same household. Treating that as an issue is both misguided and unacceptable.
I told them to disable the accounts. We will not do business with a firm whose policies fail to accommodate standard, real-world trading conditions.

We want to clarify this point, as it’s important for all traders.
Our systems may flag multiple logins from the same location as a risk indicator, not because it’s automatically a violation, but because it can be associated with account sharing or coordinated activity. This is a standard safeguard used across the industry to protect the integrity of all accounts.
Two legitimate traders in the same household is absolutely something we can review and work through. However, it does require verification to ensure both accounts are being operated independently and in line with our terms.
We respect your decision, but this is not a case of policies failing to accommodate real-world situations. It’s about maintaining a fair and secure environment for every trader on the platform.
If you ever decide to revisit, we’re always open to reviewing and accommodating legitimate setups with the proper verification in place.

Misleading FAQ, but good customer support
After my first payout they wanted to move me to live immediately. This was a little off putting considering their FAQ says its typically after 6 different payout dates. Definitely disappointing and misleading. Although I was impressed with their customer support regarding the transition. They answered all the questions I had thoroughly and quickly. But when it came to actually using the live accounts and different charting software, the replies stopped. The accounts were issued mid December ish, and have sat dormant until mid March as I had no idea how to use them. I had to figure that out myself.

I did want to clarify one important detail for anyone reading. The account you were issued was part of our Live program transition. This program is reserved for a very small percentage of traders who demonstrate exceptional performance in sum funding. In practice, it represents roughly the top 1% of traders on the platform. Being moved into that program means your results placed you ahead of about 99 out of every 100 traders we see.
Because of that performance, our risk team offered you the opportunity to move into a live trading environment earlier than the typical timeline referenced in the FAQ. It wasn’t intended to be misleading. It was actually recognition of your performance.
We’ll also be honest that we were a bit saddened to see a 3-star review after paying out five figures to you and extending a live trading opportunity, which is something very few traders ever reach. That said, we genuinely value feedback from all traders and always want to improve the experience.
If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to help get everything fully set up and walk through the platform together so you can make full use of the account.
And again, congratulations on reaching the level of performance that qualifies for Live. That’s an achievement very few traders accomplish.
Good firm onyx platform just needs a bit more work
Good but still room for improvement, the time it takes for onyx to load is the difference between a good entry and a bad entry in fast moving environments but the tick smoothness of onyx/ rithmic makes this a hard firm to not have in the rotation it's my go to scalping account because of this for now just make sure you have it open in it's own tab so it won't refresh for 30+ seconds everytime you leave the web app

Great futures prop firm!
Daytraders is one of the best prop firms I have used in my trading career. Their pricing is very reasonable for their evaluations which was great when I was first getting started. They offer great platforms as well. I do all my trading on my iPhone and have been very happy with the mobile options. They are the first prop evaluation that I passed and also my first payout. My payouts are approved very quickly without any hassle. No video reviews or fine print to deny you. The rules are clear and they pay. Their support team is great and they do the right thing.
On a personal note, I am grateful to daytraders for their affordable options. My family has struggled financially the last few years. My daughter was diagnosed with autism and even with insurance, the out of pocket is very expensive. I don’t have a lot of money to put towards trading so their pricing is perfect for me. I have used my payouts to help with my daughter’s medical bills. Thank you daytraders for giving me an opportunity to help provide for my family. I look forward to future payouts and hopefully a live account one day. -michigandy

I been in daytraders for a couple months now I was already almost 10,000 profit but due change in platform I was in losing cause familiarity of new platform , as of this time I know already how use this new platform which onyx and I will looking for my first payout.
