I loved the service from Dayuse
I loved the service from Dayuse! I highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.
My husband and I had an overnight flight and arrived very tired early in the morning, but our Airbnb wasn’t available until 4 pm. With Dayuse, we were able to rest, take a shower, refresh ourselves, and recover. It was a game changer!
Just make sure to call 1 or 2 days in advance to the hotel and to DayUse customer support to make sure that the booking is registered in the hotel's frontdesk system.

Such an amazing service
Awesome options when you arrive early from an overnight long flight and waiting for checkin. Or when you disembark a cruise at 8am and the flight isnt until the evening. love this!

We had a pleasant 'day' stay here after we disembarked our cruise ship. Our flight wasn't until evening, so we booked a 9a-3p slot to be able to store our bags, explore and then rest before our flight. We arrived early enough to enjoy breakfast too! There is an indoor pool, a small outdoor patio to enjoy as well as a good sized fitness center. The area is extremely walkable too
The room was large and comfortable- comfy bed and staff very friendly. Super convenient to grab a Lyft to the airport too. Can definitely recommend

After a long morning of travel, disappointed and exhausted
After a long morning of travel, we arrived at the hotel we reserved on the app from 10am - 5pm to find that the hotel would not honor the reservation. They said that they were sold out and that Dayuse should have not be able to confirm a reservation for us. I received both a confirmation email from Dayuse and a follow up email asking for our arrival time. The hotel turned us away and said that third party reservations were often not correct and we should never use them. Tried to contact Dayuse customer service number. They hung up on me after a lengthy hold, so no resolution. Word to the wise, stay away from Dayuse if you need a reliable reservation.

Booked through Dayuse and learned the hard way that “customer service” here means copy-paste policy replies.
When an honest identification oversight happened, instead of offering a simple reschedule, they hid behind “non-cancellation, non-refundable, non-changeable” like it was sacred text. No flexibility, no problem solving, just rigid template responses.
A platform that markets convenience but delivers zero accommodation when something minor goes wrong defeats its own purpose. If you expect human discretion, you won’t find it here. Read every line twice, because they will not lift a finger once payment is made.
