Im locked into a dazn ultimate contract and dazn itself is a technical mess. always issues with the app. I wanted to watch boxing tonight and couldn't because dazn was telling me "i can only watch on 3 devices" despite me literally streaming on one. Logging out of all devices didn't work, i spent an hour trying to fix the issue, didn't work, so I ended up having no choice to stream the fight elsewhere because the service I paid for wasn't working.

Imagine that. I actually pay for DAZN to legitimately watch, and their own broken, buggy website couldn't deliver the content, but a random website did better than the actual legitimate source I pay £24.99 a month for. embarrassing.

Let’s start with the fact that the subscriptions are clearly designed to lock you into a one-year commitment, while still requiring additional payments per major event. On top of that, cancelling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult.
I attempted to cancel using the option provided on the platform, but the process is not straightforward. During cancellation, multiple offers are repeatedly shown that must be manually declined. And the buttons get switched from order. In addition, I was required to start a chat with customer service, where I was asked questions that had already been answered earlier and I don't need to reply.
This setup unnecessarily prolongs the cancellation process and creates friction for users who simply want to end their subscription. While a cancellation option technically exists, in practice it is burdened with extra steps that do not add any value to the user experience.

Poor customer service! Tried to cancel my subscription only to be told that I had to pay for the remaining 9 months. Please read the fine print or you will be stuck!

A joke of a company. Don’t make it obvious at all that you can’t cancel the subscription & is very misleading. Tried to make a complaint and just received a lazy email from a “manager”. Do not care for consumer welfare & have no regard for the financial wellbeing of their customers. Take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to complaints. Wouldn’t even tell me how to make a complaint!!

This company should be investigated for fraud !

Nothing wrong with the way the site works but £60 quid worth of dead spins and I'm out.

DAZN is terrible. It is a shame most big boxing events are on DAZN as the reliability of the app, website and customer service are dreadful. They also employ dirty tactics to lock people into contracts, make it hard to cancel subscriptions (for example the 'My Subscriptions' section on MyAccount not loading) and when you speak to support and try and lodge a complaint, they cut you off and end the chat. How they are this bad, is beyond me. Terrible service.

Signed up for the service for the super bowl. Signed on to pay monthly, there was no literature saying that it was an automatic 12-month contract visible at the time of sign up for the month . I also deselected auto renew under the assumption that it would not renew at all after the first month so we could trial the service.

Then we noticed we got billed the second month and I forgot to cancel my subscription and then the next month it went up to $25 for that month in which I logged in and tried to cancel my subscription and it would not allow it saying that I was going to be paying that for the next 10 months.

I had to load the app on my phone just to go to the chat group through their app to try to get a refund which they will not give Even when I'm a day into the next pay. I had to pay a one-time fee of $30 to end my contract early, the contract that was not willingly communicated in the beginning being a whole 12 months. It advertises a monthly payment but it doesn't tell you you're locked in for 12 months.

While the service maybe is just okay, they're hidden contract is far from okay.

The scummiest possible streaming service. I followed all the steps to make sure I could cancel my plan and avoid these monthly charges for a year, but I am still unable to cancel my plan. Customer service denies that I changed to a monthly flex plan after the Super Bowl, despite presenting the charge that was billed to my bank account. Now, I have to repeat this process and be charged again for changing my plan, so I don't pay an absurd amount of money every month for a year. Shame on Trustpilot for now showing the full story and allowing a bunch of bots to flood this with positive reviews.

Very greasy and deceptive tactics to get as much money as possible from you! Dazn doesn't provide monthly statements so you do not notice you are being charged. Such a gross and deceptive practice. How dare you.

Just wanted to watch the Superbowl.... Still paying months later..... Want to cancel? Sure thing! Just keep paying for a year! Don't like that? For $34.00 you can change your subscription from yearly to monthly and then you can cancel but not until next month after we charge you for another month! Total cost to watch the Superbowl on DAZN?
$139.00! What a deal! Currently working with my bank to have these charges reversed. I will close the account if necessary! STAY AWAY FROM THESE VULTURES!!!!!!!

Played a game I have played very regularly on other casino sites. 70 quid at 20p a spin and didn’t get the bonus once or even a decent line pay. I know this slot inside out and it does seem as though fixed in the casinos favour on this site. I wouldn’t bother, far, far better sites that are 100% fair.

This place will add multiple charges on you and you might be lucky to see it on your Statement or you likely may not! The way they do it! They will charge you the $29.99 and towards the end of the month throw another in on you! That away you owe $59.98! Then they will get a little braver the next moth they’ll throw two more charges of $29.99 on to the next month wait till end and put two $29.99 added on again! So your bill will be $89.98! They will fight you to the end to get that case closed in their favor when it’s your money they took! And they wil not reply to the BBB or Comsumer alliance..They might reply to your personal email day I’m sorry you feel this away but we never took advantage of you, then you show bank statements they won’t reply, then battle you on your case you turn in! Just liars cheaters At the end of the month they add on the surprise that way you might miss it! And they will put their name under Roku and charge extra $29.99’s Besides the extra $29.99’s add on at end of month to your bill.. The charge you under like a Roku name, that away stupid merchants like places as pay pal and IBC can say that’s Roku and you know it’s Dazn. And to make matters worse if you catch it open a case against Dazn they will. Fight till the end back! You win the Case in your favor they will go to the very end and take back again what they stole, and it goes on forever! And if you call Dazn question then about it they hang up! Go to chat and show the receipt bank statement to them they will block the photo upload and likely block you! It’s kinda weird the way they keep on at you never seen anyplace like hos when you prove it the receipts the statements.. Never in my life seen a big business go after a customer especially a big streaming business.. well go after a customer so relentlessly that they act like they are the customer that they ripped off, when they did me! And they are like a 12 year old that you owe $2 too. I got them for boxing but boxing need to move on to another provider! Go back to ESPN Paramount or it’s be nice HBO Cinemax. Because at Dazn you pay $29.99 for boxing abd then you have bigger fight in they charge you an extra $74.99 to $99.99 up added on top of the steady monthly $29.99! They are crooks if you believe or not join up and see if it happens. Most places if you prove your receipt on statements they will apologize even if they tried to get to you , Dazn will never admit it knowing they did how could they not and fight you with everything over what they took you for! For real!

Probably the worst paid streaming service I have encountered. Constant buffering and maxes out at 720p. Is this 2010? Youd probably get a better visual on Nintendo 64 if it could stream. Not to mention the sky high prices for subpar services and on top of it, you can only watch on one device at at time unless you pay more of course. Honestly better off just streaming off of some illegal site since it wont buffer as much and youll get a better picture. Fu.ck Dazn!

Absolutely disgusting! Cheating people into a 12 month contract for one fight. I see all the reviews stating the same thing. I will be cancelling my card and we can go legal. Hopefully everyone can bring this company to court.

Went to buy the Chisora fight. Checkout shows two options, one for about £24 and one that looks like it’s free. Nowhere does it say in any clear way that you’re signing up to pay for a full year. I just wanted to watch one fight.
Contacted them when I realised. Quoted the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the lot. They offered me a discount and some other service I never asked for. Completely ignored the actual complaint.
Have a scroll through the reviews on here. It’s the same story over and over. People buy a PPV, then find out they’re stuck in an annual contract they had no idea about. This isn’t people not reading the small print. The checkout is built to catch you out.
I’ve cancelled payment through my bank and started a chargeback. Trading Standards complaint is going in. County court claim next if they don’t sort it.
Seriously, if you’re thinking about buying a fight on DAZN, don’t do it without reading these reviews first.

Honestly, this comes across as a scam. With pricing like this, it’s no wonder people end up turning to piracy. The Derek Chisora fight cost £50 what a joke

SCAMMERS. Very simple, they are scammers. I switched my contract to a monthly flex plan so that i can cancel at any time and they are not letting me switch my contract and keep pn charging me. Forst they said my contract will switch to the monthly flex plan that allows me to cancel at any time on April 5th (i have proof). Come April 5th, somehow now my contract is only switching to the monthly flex plan May 5th and i got charged the month of April. Also they do not have actual human beings to communicate with users, im stuck talking to a damn computer to fix my issue and it is HELL. I do not recommend anybody to join this stupid app as they are SCAMMERS.
