Most of the reviews I have read are 99% right. I don’t want to say anymore about the dazn bet because my experience is the same as the others. But it’s your own decision whether you want to try a go with dazn bet. To dazn bet, if you want your customers to stay you need to improve your service with integrity.

Deposited £25 and began playing. Half way through my acct suddenly said it's locked and if I wanted to know why, contact support. As if I'm not going to want to know why! So I contacted support and was told this is a routine thing, nothing to worry about and I would just need to speak with gamecare. I refused saying I have money in my acct and I'm refusing to be bullied and blackmailed into speaking with them when I don't wish to as you hold my money to ransom. I asked them to return my £25 deposit because you can wait for someone to deposit and block my acct until I jump through hoops to be allowed to play. No, need to do as we say first was the response. I then asked for their ADR. Don't have one. I said yes you do, your required by UKGC rules to have one. Oh yes, IBAS. They said they will send my.remaining balance to me which is not good enough because had I won theyd have withheld that too. I have requested the £25 back, which I now have to wait 24 hours for a response, then they will entertain my complaint, which will take up to 8 weeks, all while I've lost the £25 I deposited in good faith. When they refuse to return it, I'll add update here and I challenge Dazn to ask me to prove what I'm saying and I'll send the screen shots to trustpilot not a problem. Watch this space.

The worst betting company I’ve ever used and it doesn’t even come close.
Requested a withdrawl of £88 I woke up the next morning to see that I had received only £72 into my bank.

I contacted live support and was told because of a ‘close loop system’ £72 had been transferred to one bank card and £15 to another bank card I had deposited with 2 cards. I tried to explain that actually 1 Of those cards was a cancelled debit card and no longer existed therefore they’re essentially transferring funds to a card that doesn’t exist so that would be the reason I’m not receiving my extra £15.

They told me the money would be transferred to my bank account via a wire transfer so I thought ok happy days. 1 week later and I’ve still not received my funds so I contacted live chat AGAIN to ask for an update and they told me that actually my funds had NOT been wire transferred and they could only be transferred to a card that doesn’t exist anymore 😂.

Absolute morons. Stay away.

With these smaller companies i suggest always verifying your account first before depositing. I did and had no issue on that front. They set me to a monthly net deposit limit of £1000. After depositing £850 over a few weeks they froze my account and i needed to go through an interview to deposit more (why set it to £1000 if you arent going to let me put that much in). Asking why i sometimes use small stakes and sometimes larger. Why i didnt use the account for two months. Wanting to know monthly outgoings and savings levels. It was quite an interrogation and they still had more questions but i had enough as the call had lasted more than 15 minutes to that point. As soon as you are in profit they put restricitions on your account so all the fuss is just not worth it. Why cant you just let people put a bet on if they are comfortable with the amount. You shouldnt have to answer so many questions and provide detailed explanations of where you money comes from. Its a huge advantage for bookmakers to see multiple winnings from other bookmakers in your account, they often just limit or ban your account there and then. They did also take out multiple deposits so when i deposited £250 they took out £500 from my account but once i sent a bank statement in they returned the money to my account in a couple of days. The support was actually quite good.

poor returns, literally 0, avoid

Opened account Sunday. Had a small win .no ID check needed to withdraw.. its now Thursday and still no money in the bank.. that's like going back 20 years.any major firms now the withdrawal is 2 hours.. this alone makes me close this account 4 days and counting is just shocking. Live chat say 5 business days as I said it's 2023 not 1983 it should not and does not take over 4 days to transfer money avoid !!

But then randomly my account was restricted to £50 a week and £500 annually (even after the losses). Tried betting on the grand national and they had technical errors for 48 hours preventing me from depositing, sending lies on email about it. Why they would restrict me after I lost £500 is beyond me, but I could have won big had any of them won, hence why it’s easier to restrict. A truly pointless experience. Believe me, you won’t win with these guys! Glad I didn’t get as far as the withdrawal stage though!

Either the site is full of bugs or it's a total scam. Won 20free spins with 5x bonus on a £2 bet, won £168 only to see it all suddenly disappear as soon as the spins ended!!
Contacted customer services and was initially told I never won any free spins, then later told oh you did, you win 7 but you didn't win anything at all!
Claim is ongoing, but not holding out much hope.

The Francis review is a shill from the website. Im in the UK and after joining and attempting my first withdrawal I quickly got an email, within a minute, to say they cant process withdrawals to bank cards in the UK. Fair enough so far. Then they said I had to submit my bank statement for the last 3 months. What a hassle over £26 quid. Avoid.

After reading the negative reviews I was worried. My experience was good, fast withdrawals, no limits put on my account (yet), will update with another review if my account is limited after a win. But so far has been a good experience.

Don't honor payouts fully.

Tried their horses and guess what? They didn't give me the agreed price. Looks like they R4 the bet even though it was taken over 40 mins after the last NR.

Awful went to withdraw £15 and they say they can't process payment to my bank account and need to direct transfer Total b/s. Then want me to send them a photo of my bank statement with account details and sort code the full works. Like I'm going to do that for £15 no guarantees I'd see the £15 if I did send over the photo more likely I'd have my account cleared absolute cowboys avoid at all costs so corrupt won't last long with the reviews they have been receiving.
