Great customer service

Great customer service! We ordered 2 sets of pillar lights. Loved the first set and wanted to return the second. Customer service provided instructions, followed-up, and provided a refund. All painless!

There were some broken crystals and the…

There were some broken crystals and the light fixtures required much more assembly than expected. Instructions were not included. That said, now that the fixture are assembled and installed, they look fabulous and provide really nice light

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The customer service reps that we dealt with over several weeks where extremely patient kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in being able to change an order which I’ve been placed by mistake. These reps were a real asset to your business and made it possible to deal with your company now and in the future They were GREAT!!! 😊
