Shame on you. The customer requested in writing the closure of their gaming account. Next, the customer receives a promotional message from your VIP host offering gambling funds to the account. What on earth. How can you have an MGA license when you don’t act according to the customer’s request to close the account? MGA WAKE UP!!?!
