Item is made of diamond chips instead of cut diamonds. I ordered a 5mm earring which was the same size as my daughters 3mm earrings. When I called and spoke to someone he assured me it was 5mm even though it’s the same size as the 3mm earring in front of me.

So far good it’s a gift though so we will see in March

My rings are beautiful and good quality had them for nearly 4 years now. I purchased a protection plan that covered damage or lost stones. I needed a stone replaces after it fell from it's setting, and the process of the repair was super simple, even during the pandemic! Everything from the response time and ease and friendliness in communicating with customer service to quick return of my ring after getting the stone repaired and replaced was too notch. The only suggestion

I would make to dazzling rock is to consider providing paid postage as part of their protection coverage plan to the customer when they're sending their jewelery back to be repaired. It's so common in most internet based companies these days, that the idea of the customer paying for postage seems outdated these days.

Other than that, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I absolutely love my ring! I didn't expect the diamonds clarity and brilliance to be as nice as it is for the great price that I paid. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a ring or enhancer. I paid 75% LESS than what another jewler wanted for a similar ring.

The earrings are very small. I ordered them as a Birthday gift for my man and it's so small it should be listed under kids not adults. I plan to send them back.

I will say there product was absolutely stunning. Exactly what I ordered and looked amazing. The only reason I am not giving 5 star is because my custom order was delayed because I payed with another account. But other than that everything was great would absolutely recommend to anyone.
