Honestly one of the best live chat customer services I've experienced. Very quick response times, longest I waited was an hour for a reply and their responses always directly addressed whatever query I had.

The process:
Upon placing an order for their boosting service, they provided clear instructions on how to proceed and communicate with my assigned booster which was done via Discord. My booster let me know when they'd be on and customer service live chat provided me with a twitch link to watch them play my games.

The outcome:
My booster hit my desired rank (rank 2). Not much to say aside from that!

General comments:
If you don't get an immediate response from your booster upon entering the discord server, don't be alarmed. This seems to be fairly normal and seems like most boosters will message the day that they decide to start playing your games and not any earlier. If you do have any issues though the customer service live chat will respond fairly quickly as I mentioned above so reaching out to them is always an option.
I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Had a great coaching session. Took the option 4 the coach took his time and explained a lot of interesting things i wasnt paying attention to. Definitely recommend if you're struggling to understand where you're making mistakes to improve.
