NO "Health" or "wellness" here 😕😔

RUN...do not walk from this mental health clinic (It's not a recruitment center) called Middle Flint Health and Wellness, because health and wellness aren't there. In the 2 years I was there, I was lied to by Chelsea Wilson and Shavonne Wright-Jones. Shalimar Ramos-Burgos, my counselor there, was good until she lied to me then gaslighted me as well. If my Life Parrner hadn't intervened, Lakita Long would've closed my case barely without notice, all because I formally reported the people I mentioned above and Ms. Long as well. Cassandra is a horrible case manager who told me that Shavonne told HER that she had called me to close my case, but I told her Shavonne, my case worker at the time, had NEVER called me and told me that. Ms. Shavonne seemed concerned about my Life Partner and I not being married (?) and she also suggested at one point that we start attending church (??). Interesting how she has no difficulty suggesting that we go to church when she struggles to keep the 9th commandment (???). Maybe she considers it the 9th "suggestion." 🤔 Either way, such topics have nothing to do with being a case manager. You're supposed to assist with housing (she did 😊) and other areas. Middle Flint also did not keep good records and assigned me a counselor that couldn't even keep his APPOINTMENTS (Benjamin). The reception desk wouldn't let me speak to the head nurse there (Jennifer) when I continued to have issues. The front desk also had the unprofessional habit of not informing me when Shalimar had not shown up for work the day of my appointment (she called off at least once a month), which meant my Life Partner left 1 hour early from work, drove home to pick me up, drove 20 minutes in typical Georgia traffic (rude, ignorant, and dangerous) to the clinic, only to be told that Shalimar hadn't shown up. STAY AWAY from this place and DO NOT issue any formal complaints about their treatment of you or your loved one to THEM, because you will never get an apology from them and they will NOT improve their treatment of you. Issue your complaints to 1. Georgia Composite Medical Board, 2. Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), 3. Insurance Provider or Medicaid, and/or 4. Legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in mental health law. You and your loved ones come to mental health clinics for HELP not mistreatment or unprofessional behavior.
