Unfulfilled Bonus Promises, Threats from DB Investing, and Manipulative Practices

I want to share a very disappointing experience with DB Investing. I was initially interested in joining them after receiving an offer for a No Deposit Bonus (NDB) of 50 USD via email upon signing up. Additionally, I came across another bonus offer through their Telegram group, which required completing tasks, including leaving a 5-star review on Trustpilot, to qualify for the NDB.
However, despite following all the conditions they provided, I never received the promised bonus. After waiting for several weeks without any bonus being credited, I became very frustrated and decided to leave an honest review expressing my dissatisfaction.
What shocked me even more was that after posting my review, I received an email with legal threats from DB Investing. In the email, they claimed I was defaming their company and threatened to report me to the authorities and ask Trustpilot to remove my review. They also claimed that I had no right to post such a review since I had never deposited funds, even though my review was simply based on their unfulfilled bonus promises.
Additionally, I discovered that DB Investing is paying people to leave 5-star reviews by offering the same NDB that was never given. This kind of manipulative practice is unethical and misleading, as it encourages people to write positive reviews in exchange for a bonus they never receive.
I feel this is a form of intimidation and manipulation, where they are trying to pressure me into changing my review. I want to warn everyone not just about DB Investing, but also about other brokers who may use similar tactics. Before deciding to join any broker, make sure you thoroughly understand all the terms and conditions they offer, especially regarding bonuses and rewards.
From my experience, DB Investing does not fulfill their promises and uses questionable tactics to manipulate reviews and protect their reputation. I strongly advise you to think twice before investing here or with any platform that offers deals that seem too good to be true.
Be cautious with unclear bonus promises and always check reviews from other users before deciding to join any broker or investment platform.

However, bonus eligibility is not automatic, and the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus where the conditions are not met, where the request comes through an ineligible channel, or where there are indications of abuse, duplicate participation, referral misuse, or any attempt to obtain the bonus improperly.

We also wish to clarify that there is no connection between receiving a No Deposit Bonus and leaving a Trustpilot review. Serious Pricing Issues and No Proper Support

Orders are getting executed at terribly wrong prices — often $70–$71 away from the price I set, sometimes even outside the day’s price range. I have written to customer service multiple times about this issue, but they keep giving the same reply, blaming the liquidity provider, and the problem still continues.

When I tried to contact my account manager, I was informed that he had already left the company — and he even advised me to get out of this mess as well.

I am writing this public review to get the attention of higher-level management and I am ready to provide any proof for this strange way of order execution. I am also willing to remove this review if the issue is permanently and transparently fixed.

At the moment, I am extremely frustrated, as I am not able to properly close even my profitable positions. I genuinely feel that I have been scammed.

Update after their reply:
Your response suggests you haven’t understood the real issue. I am not complaining about normal slippage. I am referring to limit/TP orders being executed at prices that are nowhere near the market price.
Below are a few examples for quick reference.

Copper orders;

1. 2025.11.27 13:22:55 – Buy limit filled at 10924, but the price given was 10994 (gap of $70).

2. 2025.11.27 13:18:40 – Buy market order filled at 10925, but the price given was 10996 (gap of $71).

3.2025.11.28 17:49:17 – Sell T/P order filled at 11170, but the price given was 11100 (gap of $70).

4.2025.12.01 18:46:10 – Sell T/P order filled at 11230, but the price given was 11159 (gap of $71).

Please explain what kind of slippage this is, why it affects limit/TP orders, and why the gap appears repeatedly with similar values.

1. 2025.12.06 17:52:45 – ETHUSD T/P sell filled at 3052, but the price given was 3046.99.

2. 2025.12.07 21:14:21 – BTCUSD T/P sell filled at 91300, but the price given was 91295.

Execution & slippage in STP/A-Book: On an STP/A-Book setup, orders are routed to external liquidity and can experience positive or negative slippage, particularly during high volatility, low liquidity, rollover, gaps, or news events. That said, if you’re seeing repeated fills that you believe are materially away from the available market, we want to formally audit those trades end-to-end (quote stream → LP fill → execution timestamp).

2. Your account history shows that withdrawals have exceeded deposits, which means the account has been profitable overall and funds have been successfully paid out.

Specifically (based on the figures you referenced): deposit ~$3,000, total withdrawals ~$11,533.17, which implies a net realized profit of ~$10,533.17 to date.

This does not align with the claim of being “scammed,” but we still want to review the specific executions you’re referencing and address anything that looks abnormal.

3. Account manager change: We apologize for the disruption. Team changes should never leave a client without proper coverage, and we’ll ensure you have a direct point of contact moving forward.

Our Trade Audit/Compliance team will provide a written execution report explaining exactly how each fill occurred (including whether slippage was due to market conditions, liquidity availability, or routing).

They are a bunch of scammers; they took away my profit, claiming I did latency arbitrage, but all my trades were single trades in one direction, and I even held my trades for more than three minutes. They have no evidence to provide me regarding this. SCAMERS hiding behind weak regulators who will never give you your profit . stay away from them

1. We reserve the right to classify as abusive trading any strategy that exploits delays or discrepancies between our price feed and external quotes, including but not limited to latency arbitrage, use of automated software to exploit price lags, high-frequency scalping, or similar practices.
2. In case of such abusive or irregular trading, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
2.1 Block or suspend trading on the account,
2.2 Cancel, reverse or adjust transactions and any related profits generated from such activity,
2.3 Correct the account balance to the amount that would have existed had such transactions not taken place, and
2.4 Terminate the business relationship where necessary to protect the Company, its liquidity providers, and its clients.

These rules are not applied selectively. They are part of our standard risk framework and exist to protect the integrity of our trading environment and all of our clients, as well as to comply with our obligations towards our regulators and liquidity providers.

A true scam

A true scam!
Since september 30th asking for a withdrawal and haven't received my money.
Customer service with automatic answers and not really taking seroius my concerns.
Experience with social trading was very poor also.
My deposit was made with a credit card wich was stolen. I provided evidence of that issue to the company and they stated that the deposit would be to my new credit card registered in my account. No transfer was made.
As I continue asking for my money, they told me it wouldnt work with the credit card and asked for my usdt account to transfer the money. False also, no usdt was trasnferd to me.

Withdrawal Issues and Unclear Policies at DB Investing

I opened account number 20933 in May 2024 and made an initial deposit. After a period of trading and losses, I funded the account again and began generating significant profits. It was at this point that the company began placing obstacles in the way of processing my withdrawal requests.

Although two withdrawals of $10,000 each were successfully processed, a third request for $75,000 was rejected. The company began presenting shifting and unclear justifications for the delay, including an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review and later allegations related to trading strategies such as scalping, swap abuse, and gold hedging — despite my full compliance with the policies as they were stated at the time.

In August 2024, the company restricted my account based on unfounded claims. Then, in November 2024, they closed my account entirely without executing the withdrawal or providing any evidence to support the alleged violations. Since then, I have been denied access to my account, and although the company deducted all scalping-related profits and applied swap charges, the remaining balance has still not been transferred.

Despite visiting the company's Dubai office multiple times — most recently in May 2025 — to request a detailed account statement, DB Investing refused to provide it. Instead, they issued false statements regarding the complaints I filed with both the Securities and Commodities Authority in UAE and the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles. We are still awaiting responses from the regulatory bodies.

Important Notes :

The company changes its internal policies without notice and applies them retroactively.

There is no genuine commitment to withdrawal policies, even when all required documents are submitted.

Profitable client often face delays, escalation, and unjustified account restrictions.

The company lacks transparency, and communication is vague and unsupported by evidence.

Conclusion:
My experience with DB Investing was extremely negative. There is a high level of risk in dealing with this company, particularly regarding withdrawal rights and adherence to contractual terms.

1)Full Return of Deposits: You were refunded the entirety of your deposits. The only amounts withheld were profits generated through trading behaviors that violated our platform’s terms, including scalping, hedging on gold, and swap abuse. These violations were clearly identified and communicated to you during our internal investigation.

2)Regulatory Closure of Your Complaint: You escalated the matter to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) in the UAE. After thoroughly reviewing the evidence we submitted — including trading logs, communications, and account activity — the regulator closed the case in our favor, recognizing that the actions taken on your account were fully justified and in line with both internal policy and regulatory obligations.

3)Compliance Justifications: Your $75,000 withdrawal request was delayed due to multiple red flags:

*You deposited $19,950 via PerfectMoney — an amount just below the automatic AML threshold — through a cash exchange in Jordan (a country on the FATF grey list until late 2023).

*You declared you were CEO of a competing brokerage and we found credible indications that your account was being operated by multiple parties or entities. This raised serious concerns of third-party management and conflict of interest, which violates compliance standards.

*As part of standard procedures for large withdrawals, AML checks were executed — all of which were clearly explained to you in writing, with full transparency.

*Final Account Action: After extended due diligence, and in line with both our internal compliance framework and applicable regulations, your account was closed. All valid funds were returned to you. The withheld amounts were directly related to abusive trading activity that breached our terms — a fact acknowledged and validated by regulators.

*Misleading Statements: We have never refused to provide an account statement. We provided all necessary information multiple times, both through direct customer service interactions (including an email sent from us a few months ago after you requested an account statement), and through our formal response to the SCA.

Lastly, it is worth mentioning that this case dates back over one year, and according to Trustpilot’s Terms and Conditions, this review could be subject to removal for being outside the acceptable timeframe. However, we have opted to respond out of courtesy and in the interest of transparency, even though every point you raised here was already addressed — repeatedly — through our support channels and during the regulatory review.

At DB Investing, we remain committed to compliance, transparency, and fair treatment of all clients. We encourage open feedback, but it must reflect the facts.

I was stranded and didn't know what to do, and immediately I contacted customer service, and they resolved the issue.

Personally, their services are good and I would recommend the broker to anyone

Withdrawal not received

. Scammer . They want to loose money only. If you made profit and withdraw they will give u only your deposit back and profit u will not received.
