Quality product and quality customer support. 5/5 stars every time.

The product is good as in I trust my phone is safe. It definitely has a good grip. The screen protector feels nice, it's barely noticeable, I usually get so annoyed I rip it off within the hour. The skin is a disappointment, not near shiny enough. Can see dimple damage coming quick (within 72hrs). The grip may be too strong, I struggle to get it into my leg pocket at work but I'll accept the pay off. I think for the price and how easily damaged the skins are, we should get a choice of like 3x skins when we order the case so we can replace them over time to make it worth it. The website is great. The shipping is disgusting. Change companies immediately like wtf was that. I doubt I will buy again, like... that was really off putting. Astronomically off putting. Not worth dealing with them to get your product. I will never order from dbrand again. I lost sleep, I was so stressed out trying to get my package. The communication with aramax is disgusting. I am viscerally upset by them.

Its nice packaging

Once I found out dbrand was a canadian company I put them on the top of my list. Now every device in my house has a killswitch. This brand is beyond perfection. Just wish they offered more discounts or rewards for multiple purchases.

I live in the UK and have used dbrand for a number of years. I have found the quality of their products and the level of service outstanding.
I recently had an issue with a product and having received a same-day response to my email, a replacement was shipped immediately to the UK.

After over ten years as a customer, I had to contact DBrand for support for a product issue. They responded quickly, and were very helpful! I will be a loyal customer for years to come.
Pricey, but you pay for quality and really do receive it. They stand behind their products with quality customer support. Always worth the wait.

DBRAND deliveres every time. The quality is better than the compition and in most cases they make things better, smarter and more practical than anybody else. However what you get you also pay for. I would say this is a premium product and as such you're going to pay premium pricing. Worth it or not? I have never had any problems reaching support getting my products or any issues with the products.

Bang bang chitty Chitty Bang bang

I recently bought a Switch 2 and wanted a case. I read reviews of DB Brands and decided to go for it. I love my case for the Switch. They thought of everything including a doc accessory so you can still easily connect to a TV. The box that everything came in was elegant and everything was laid out neatly. Additionally the video instructions on how to assemble everything was much appreciated. Lastly the bag that this was shipped in with the fine print - hysterical and I still have it. Great company and I will definitely be purchasing again.

Solid construction. Fits Z Fold 7 perfectly. I tried 3 other cases before I could get this one delivered and they were awful in comparison. I only have dbrand cases on any of my other devices. Always the best quality and protection from dbrand. The box everything comes in is solid and makes you feel like you're opening up a present.

Amazing company, beautiful products and absolutely fantastic customer service. They really back their products - they helped me with an order that fell short on quality and without hesitation, dbrand corrected the error and provided me with a product that was up to par, and far superior than other products on the market.

Really great products and excellent customer service. There was a slight manufacturing defect on one of my screen protectors that shortened the life of it and their support had a resolution within the same day I reached out, even though my response was outside of regular business hours.

I had an issue with what I knew what a great product from this company cause stuff just happens sometimes. I had no problem what so ever reaching them and getting a darn near immediate response and them resolving it. You can’t ask for no better service. That’s why I’ve purchased several items from dbrand and will continue to.
