Wow they're incredible, i have use different earplug's that state they are good for music but never live up to what they say.
These hold the sound but lower the volume.

I had them in for the whole day at an indoor metal festival and the sound was great and no ringing in my ears after!
The change of sound levels is so easy and perfect for when you hit the bar!

I am a music teacher and after many years of teaching I started becoming concerned with the health of my ears and head. After some research I found the Dbud adjustable ear plugs and decided to give it a go. A year later, I can confidently and whole heartedly recommend theae ear plugs to any music teacher!
- Customizable ear tips to find your comfort. I generally wear them 30 min at time when the students are loudest.
- The slide function is very useful when listening to student questions and performance.
- Although sound is dampened, sound is still very clear.
- Worn while supervising student dances where loud sounds and music was blasted for hours. No problem!
- Well designed magnets for easy wearing around your neck when not in use. Discreet and doesn't make you sweaty.
- Excellent responsive customer service. Susanne answered my emails promptly.
- It helped on lowering my stress levels due to excessive noise.
- I no longer get headaches at work due to noise.
- Lasted over a year of use with no deterioration in performance or build.

Dbud Volume Adjustable Ear buds are worth every penny. It has become an integral part of my music teaching career. You won't regret getting these!

These earbuds worked a treat, saved me a headache, very comfy.
My only wish is that the container to keep them in was something that I can clip on a bag or key chain.

Great product, they really do reduce the noise levels. I love how comfy and discreet they are.
The mangets are very useful to keep them together. I really appreciate that the strap is removable.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because if you have the strap attached you can hear the sound of movement through the strap. Basically it amplifies the sounds of the strap rubbing against you as you move around.

Ordered my first pair on Amazon in Dec 2021. This pair are almost the same quality but the magnets that hold them together are much weaker. Cannot trust this pair to stay together.
Also, the older pair were universal which was better. This new pair are unnecessarily angled and labeled left and right.

It is fine for non-musicians. I’m a vocal major and I was hoping for some ear protection that wouldn’t dampen the sound. These feel far too cheap to be $64 and diminish the clarity significantly.

I received the wrong order (iPhone 14 Pro accessories ordered by someone else in New Zealand - my delivery address is in Canada). So I've never got the opportunity to test the dBud product I actually ordered.
Update: A new package was sent as soon as I notified the company about what happened, which I appreciate.

Great, fast customer service

Swift dispatch and delivery. Within days of ordering, I was able to start toning down obnoxious coworkers who think small enclosed workspace + captive audience = Australian Idol. Have so far used in range of environments, from office settings, to shopping centers, to cutting concrete in construction environments. With a few hours of adjustment, I found them to be on par with foam PPE earbuds in terms of sound deadening, while audio clarity remains greaty unaffected. They do increase the volume of your own voice in your ears, but this has been helpful for me personally, as it has reduced my tendency to allow people to talk over me. 😂

Comfortable fit, barely noticeable when they're in, and so far haven't had any problems with ventilation.

If you make a version that permits full uninhibited audio so they needn't be removed for quieter environments, I'd purchase on them in a heartbeat.

For what they are, they're a little pricey, but they do as they say they will, and I'm happy with them. Thanks.

Asked for return advise with no response after explaining that the ear buds do not stay in my sons ears.

They work, but are not nesrly as good as the old model (that i unfortunately lost). When they're closed for more sound reduction, they make a clicking noise with every step i take. Very frustrating. And the magnet function is useless and weak compared to the old model.

Great service, came really quickly. Buds are for my son, who we think is autistic and sensitive to noise. He wore them last week for his climbing session and he says they helped!

I suffer from tinnitus and hyper acussis and am very vulnerable to loud and sudden noises dbuds allow me to limit the sounds I hear

These work great! I am actually using them to tamp down the everyday environmental "noise" due to ADHD and sensitivity to sound. I highly recommend them. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that the buds are magnetic and cling to one another around my neck when I'm not wearing them. Extra caution to prevent loosing them. Thank you!

Got these for my 8 year old who has played drums for a year. He typically war headphones. Even the extra small size buds are slightly too big for his ear canal. They don’t really fit in all the way, and therefore fall out easily. It would be nice to have d buds that are made for children age 6 to 13.

I have a problem with hearing loss. I have a lot of problems when I have to live in a very noisy place. I get dizzy.
until I tried 'dBud' It can help reduce ambient noise and is not uncomfortable to use at all.

I use these in the manufacturing facility where I work, and it's really nice to be able to move the switch to hear people I'm talking to better, then switch them back so I can block out the machine noise. They have an NRR of 20 with the foam tips I use, which is the same as the disposable earplugs I was using.
