O customer service to contact with…
O customer service to contact with issues… not able to swap from a Solana Coin (WAR) back to Solana Block Chain. However no issue swapping to Solana Block Chain to The Coin (War) money is now Stuck. However can you not have a customer service number that actually works!!!!!!! I donot recommend this Wallet!!!!
We had a response surprising from customer support one big load of BS. The wallet is supposedly not compatible with the coin WAR however it’s funny. I’ve been able to swap back-and-forth from WAR to Solana for almost a year. I now have over 1 million coins that I can’t move anywhere. My money is stuck in this wallet. I wanna get them out of this wallet so I can be done with this wallet for my crypto future. I need some help and I’m sure not getting it which is exactly what all the reviews say you’re not gonna get customer support from this company. All you get is a song of dance and a brush off with absolutely no solution. You can’t tell me you can’t do something when I have been doing what they tell me I can’t for now almost one year.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO
I bought these for Christmas. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unable to get it set up, unable to get a coherent response. I own 2 of these I paid $139 each, and they are garbage. The setup does not follow the video's instructions. I've gone back to them multiple times. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Not helpful/huge troubleshooting issues/support did not respond
i’ve had huge troubleshooting issues where moving my shx to a second D’Cent wallet and basically it wasn’t missing because the only option I had was Ethereum trust line. This is not the first time that this has happened where I’ve had major tech issues.
and a lot of it stems from that D’Cent doesn’t really support Apple users and it makes it extremely difficult to the point where I actually had to buy a PC laptop just so that I can do software update updates
Their customer service they ended up, ghosting me after a while. Their advice was not helpful for the most part and when you really needed help, especially when it involves thousands of dollars of your assets, they just turned thier back on me. They should offer in certain cases where Warren said a customer phone helpline.
I do like the security of the biometric fingerprint
They just don’t make their wallet super user-friendly. They should have for example a YouTube channel where they clearly explain how to use the wallet. They just have a couple random videos that are very old and does not help with certain things like setting up the 25th word and other issues like that.
