Good customer service and quality
I had an earring made into a pendant and they did a really good job, I am very happy with it. The sales assistant, Sophie, was helpful and attentive. They also fixed a necklace that had broken and I was also happy with the quality.

Hannah and team were fantastic right from the start. Hannah was careful and thoughtful as we went through the process of designing my rings. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very impressive jeweller
Very polite, courteous and informed visit. Wide depth of knowledge shown by Hannah when choosing the perfect stone.
Assistance was given throughout what can at first appear to be a minefield and yet it wasn’t. I would not hesitate in recommending this jeweller. Necklace arrived and is simply perfect in every way.

Fantastic customer service and finished product
I planned to visit a handful of jewellers in Hatton Garden to find the best place to get an engagement ring made. DC Jewellery was the first of my visits and it became the only jewellers I needed to visit.
From stepping through the door I was instantly made welcome and felt comfortable discussing the ring I wanted produced. Evie took on board the information I gave her regarding the style and carat I was looking for, and she provided through expertise to keep to my budget whilst showing me a cut that I wasn't aware of that was perfect for my partner.
The ring was finished earlier than originally anticipated and it is absolutely beautiful. My partner loves it and people constantly compliment the quality and style.

After speaking to several jewellers in Hatton Garden, I decided on Daniel Cristopher, because Sophie was the only person I spoke to who wasn’t pushy with sales and didn’t put me under any pressure at all. That proved to be a great decision. Sophie was great to deal with throughout the process, providing helpful information and honest advice to guide me through the process. She was also very patient despite my lack of knowledge and constant indecision, which was much appreciated. We designed a bespoke engagement ring together and I’m delighted with the outcome - she understood the brief perfectly. Not only is the ring perfect, but it also came in significantly under the budget I’d originally shared, which I think says a lot about their morals as a company. Couldn’t recommend the service highly enough - thank you Sophie!

DC Jewellery repaired my dress ring…
DC Jewellery repaired my dress ring where a pear shaped stone had fallen out. They reset it and thoroughly cleaned the ring, it was sparkling! I also had a Links watch strap tightened as it was so loose. Again a thorough repair was carried out. I will always use this business and can thoroughly recommend.
