Suggest to improve communication! *EDIT*
Placed my first order at this store some time ago and the order arrived today. That's about all positive to say about the store.
Customer service was a complete disaster. To be precise, there was no service at all. Once my order was shipped, I received generic "order shipped" email, but no tracking information. Once I sent the message to their customer service asking for the tracking details, I was just ignored. I sent them a new message via contact form on their website which was ignored as well. After these attempts I just decidet to give up, wait for my order to arrive and hope for the best.
Shipping was desister too as delivery time within EU took almost 2 weeks. I mean I have packages sent me from USA delivered faster than this one.
All in all absolutely unacceptable transaction and only thing that saved this from being one star was that the price for my purchase was 100 GBP cheaper than in any other place. I will most definitely ignore this particular store in the future.

Store came trhough to set this situation right! I must say that the way and professional approach which Harry took to resolve this was more than superb.
As of that I am more than glad to change my review from 2 stars to 5 stars.
