Worst short holiday rental experience we've had in over 25 years of short breaks across the UK... Property has broken and dangerous items throughout (broken sofa with exposed sharp screws, left over painting/ decorating materials including turpentine, white spirit and tins of paint, left over bits and pieces from furniture assembly, plasterboard and insulation board as well as wood trim and loose wiring) all within easy reach of a child. Furnishing is completely inadequate with a single bar stool and 1 chair as the sum of available seating for meals in a 3 bedroom property. No WiFi in contravention of their advert in fact the router doesn't even have a power plug (had to use my phone charger) and then we're told we had to buy our own data pack. Barely working central heating with only 2 radiators across the two stories actually proving functional others either need rebalancing/bleeding or are just faulty. Also arrived to find bathroom floor swimming in water and had to mop this up ourselves also kitchen supplies filthy with most glasses having hairs/dust/sawdust/grime at the bottom of them. Avoid touching any of their properties with a barge pole.
