Bought the DCR pro. We've had nothing but problems with it. Now I can't even get DCR to call me back to come out and check this machine.

Some delay to find an agent to refurbish the wheel, but respondence was always good and the eventual completion was excellent.

The customer service advisors were really friendly and they took there time to help. Also the alloy wheel repair company that they have based in Northern Ireland are really professional and take pride in their work. The person that repaired my alloys went through the process. When he was finished he asked my was the repair okay. When I looked at the repairs I told him that I was not expecting them to come out like new, The companies name was scuffs away. I would recommend the company to anybody that damaged their alloys.

The edge of one of my alloys was scraped around more than half of the diameter of the 18* wheel. The wheel now looks like new since having the repair. The whole process was carried out in the Scuffs Away van at my backdoor. Very convenient. All in all a pleasant experience with a satisfactory outcome. I would be happy to use this process again if needed.
