Never received order

My order has not arrived and when I have tried to email DC’s I get an automated response telling me to be patient. The DPD app is claiming it was delivered but I was home the day they say it was delivered and I haven’t had anything. I am out of pocket and want to talk to someone real!

Customer service is sending automatic replies and not reading my messages as I have not received my order, DPD courier confirmed they returned back the order to seller due to no contact details. DC customer service is sending me the tracking link advising delivered but NOT delivered. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I’ve been waiting for my parcel for over 10 days. And yet, according to the sender’s tracking information, I received it last night!!!!
A terrible experience. The money has been debited but I haven’t received the parcel!!!!

Shoes took ages to arrive however this would appear to be a shipping issue. Poor coms from DC are the reason for 3 stars. They could have let me know there was an issue and provided a time scale. They could have sent a new tracking link but didn't. When contacted support was poor

No reply when chasing up my order that states delivered on the tracking website… it’s been a week now

I order shoes here over 2 weeks ago and the only things I’ve received are the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. No communication regarding the whereabouts of my delivery; the customer service is poor. I’ve contacted them twice to figure out what the issue may be as their own website states that the take 2-3 days to ship (which it did) and then an additional 5-7 business days to deliver. I’ve been completely ignored and left in the dark. I’ve been eagerly waiting my shoes as they’re my 18th birthday gift to myself. It’s such a shame since they do have great shoes that are comfortable and good for long wear. I really hope I haven’t wasted my money.

The one pair of trainers that were delivered are lovely. Trying to find out what has happened to the other pair that were on the same order is a nightmare and despite emailing dc shoes I've had no response to the matter

Ordered, DPD tracking says delivered, not received, support unresponsive after AI initial response.

When posting goods, use a delivery company who does their job. Also respond to my support requests when logging them

Item never arrived

Order for a pair of trainers was despatched pretty quick but I never received them despite dpd claiming on the tracking they were delivered. I was in all day and no attempt was made. Sent an email to DC shoes only to get an automated reply that did not help in any way. There is no customer service number and it appears a real person will not deal with your issue. In the end I reversed charged the transaction with my bank as I don’t think DC shoes will do anything to help or even respond to the issue.

The delivery takes almost twice as long as it should and I wasn't allowed to use my welcoming coupon when ordering so I started getting spammed with junk mail in my inbox without any reward for it. I like DC shoes but my last pair, which I'm replacing with my current order, didn't even last a year before they fell apart.

Unfortunately, after 18 days my order has still not arrived! After trying to get hold of customer services, I only had a response from a bot telling me me order had been delivered. My DPD tracking has been saying the parcel is in the Netherlands for the last 14 days. They really need better communication & to fulfil their orders properly. Just awful!!!!!

Well iv had numerous items and only had missing orders twice n got sorted very quickly

Tried to get help by submitting 2 separate contact form. Got what can only be assumed was an automated response which didn’t help. Replied to these as it states you could, no response has been received and it has been over a week now. Order still not received. Tracking states order has been ‘on its way to its final destination’ for 16 days. No other ways to contact offered no options to make a complaint. Very poor service, would not use again.

Item never recoved

Parcel is lost and has been for a week and customer service is abysmal. Their only contact is through an email which returns generic automated responses.

Raising a formal complaint, as I am currently out of pocket and the retailer is essentially uncontactable and unresponsive.

Ordered on the 21st May and had to chase up DPD who said it had been returned to DC Shoes, sent several emails to chase my order and had no response, had to go hunting for a telephone number and spoke to someone who said its been returned but didn't give any reason and had to have a refund, no option for a replacement to be sent which I would've preferred and a discount code has been offered but surely it'll happen again.

I have no faith in this company now.
