Ordered a month ago, still being processed

Ordered shoes for my growing son on April 15th today is May 10th and the order says still being processed. Called to cancel and was told my case would be sent to corporate for review and was given a case number. So far there is no update that the order is being canceled. After reading other reviews it seems like they have been moving to a new warehouse for a few months now. I will absolutely never order from this company again unless they can fix whatever the issue is that's causing them to not ship what you order or give you any other updates whatsoever, then make it hard to cancel an order after it's been processing almost a solid month.

Customer service horrible

Customer service horrible. I ordered shoes, waited 3 weeks, called 3 times and “ your order has been cancelled”. Two days prior it was “in shipping” then I get an email stating they don’t have any shoes I stock. Never again!

After 3 weeks nothing! No returns of my many emails just completely ghosted. DC shoes is just a shameful excuse for a mail order business. Seriously f@*k them and never again!

Its a Trap!

Ordered a pair of shoes April 3rd two weeks go by and all of a sudden I receive the money back in my account. I checked the website out and it said order being processed so I called to see what was happening. I was assured that my package would ship out within 2 days, the very next. Day the order said cancelled due to inventory issue. They gave me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Me thinking it must have been a fluke then proceeded to place a second order this time for two pairs, there's no way they'd do it twice right? No, wrong! within exactly seven days after the second purchase I have received the money back in my account and the website still says order being processed. Oh and by the way no customer service on the weekends either! I would not waste your time with ordering online here, you will just get the run around and your package never ships,! It's pretty disappointing, especially when your province has been in lockdown and you cant buy shoes in store. You would think going directly to the source of your favourite shoe company would make a difference. Wow was I wrong!

Ordered a pair of Villians on March…

Ordered a pair of Villians on March 3rd,2021, I emailed them twice with no reply back, I've called 3 times once was told they'd ship out that week, after a week called again and was told I'd get a 30% refund once shoes shipped, called today (4 wks tmro since ordering)because my order still says processing and was told my shoes were still being unloaded from the trucks at new warehouse and they'd ship in 1-4 days, told them I'd give them until Friday the 7th to ship my shoes or I will be calling for a full refund and contact BBB. I understand they are moving but their website says delayed shipping of 1-2 weeks NOT 4 weeks, I mean I get things happen and cause greater delays but why not at the very least Email the customers waiting on their orders and explain that it is going on and its taking longer than they expected and they are sorry for the inconvenience? This S*** is ridiculous

Terrible

Terrible. Three weeks after I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift they still hadn't shipped. I called and was assured they would be sent out immediately. The very next day I received an email informing me my order had been cancelled! I called again and they offered me a 30% discount on my next order to make up for it. Well, I had bought the shoes at a 20% discount so really you are offering me an extra 10% for dropping the ball on my order and completely messing up a kids birthday gift. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this company again.

I bought a pair of trainers off of them over 5 days ago! Upon realising nothing had been sent out 5 days after my order, I don’t believe this website to be legit, companies will offer the items and the go and buy them for cheaper, once I asked for them not to send out my order coz they have take the mick, they are now telling me I have to pay more money to send the item back,

DONT BUY FROM FAKE SITES

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Took just over 2 weeks for them to tell me my order wasn't in stock.. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I understand they say they were moving their warehouse, was cool with waiting "1-2 weeks".. but there's no excuse for letting me order a product they didn't have in stock. I literally borrowed them 35 dollars, and now i'm waiting to get refunded. I'm going to be furious if it takes more than 5 days. I can only imagine how many people are in the same position i'm in.

I have bought five pairs of DC shoes

I have bought five pairs of DC shoes, from different online store, one pair from DC's own site. All of them were very poorly made.
Most of them had screapes and cuts, some of the glue from the soles was up the side and/or on the front of the shoe and one pair looked like the leather was bent before they stitched it together.
I have returned all of them and I will never buy from DC shoes again.

Do not use!!!!!

No customer service help at all!

Order returned on 9th March and no update on my refund! Still waiting on £150 and unfortunately have more to go back for the same value again!!!

Can't speak to anyone and keep getting automated email Brexit excuses. (have used other surf/snowboard companies in Europe and no issues).

Someone used my card fraudulently to purchase shoes. DC shoes will not even reply to my many emails over 2 weeks. They have told my bank it was a legitimate purchase. Do not do business with this company.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star

I wouldnt even give them 1 star! I ordered trainers as a birthday gift with plenty of time for delivery.
The item was late, when I opened the package they had sent the wrong item, the item was damaged with marks all over it.
I contacted them regarding the issue they were simply not interested.
I provided pictures of the item they sent which was a sale item and £27 cheaper than what I'd paid all to no avail.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My shoes were returned to them a month ago and still no refund! They don't respond to emails apart from the computer generated message. I have now taken the matter up with my bank!

SPAM SPAM SPAM!

Bought some shoes in a sale that had "only just started". Paid and got an email saying they would be dispatched within a few days.

A week later I get an email saying it's out of stock and that they've issued me a refund. Not happy.

Since then I have received on average 2 spam emails EVERY SINGLE DAY, advertising products that are probably also out of stock already. I've followed the link to unsubscribe from the emails more than 20 times and yet they still keep coming through.

I go to log onto the website to delete my account in an attempt to stop the spam, and get a message saying no account exists with my information???

Just not worth the hassle, buy from somewhere else! Absolute scam.
