The representative i think his name was Michael, was very attentive and willing to help. Definitely a personable person and that helped during processing a claim on my account.

The service was amazing overall 5stars the feedback was on point & there tips was very helpful

I noticed that my personal loan was over do when I paid for it a few days ago and called and Sheila a representative answered and she explained that it was because I did a one time payment which is interest free and not an actual payment! I leaned something new today and Shelia was so kind and helped me with my problem and explained why it happened! Then I asked to be transferred to the loan department to finalize a loan I’m getting and she did it with ease! Thank you so much Shelia! She deserves a raise!

Then I got transferred to loan officer Russel! And in no time I was off the phone and feeling confident I can fix my car!

I always say I love my bank because I’m helped by real people! I’d recommend DCU to anyone looking for a bank! Thank you so much DCU and all of your associates!

Arielle was absolutely amazing and accommodating very professional and it was a pleasure to be assisted by her during my call she made me feel more than welcome and DCU should absolutely congratulate her for her professionalism caring demeanor

As a Proud member of DCU since 2019, I applaud you guys on the switchboard for finding the right team to handle my issues today, these guys rock. I have been making scam calls for a few years trying to find the right person, guts and grit to handle my affairs after the pandemic.
