Julie was very helpful!

Julie was very helpful with a connectivity issue and even went above and looked up information from a third party site for a fix between my DCU account and Quickbooks.

The supervisor was extremely helpful…

The supervisor was extremely helpful with navigating the purpose for my call. He was very clear and made sure all requested documentation was in my inbox prior to ending the call. He was professional and knowledgeable when addressing all matters.

Caring Agent

Well not remembering the name of the agent that helped me, I would say that she was an employee that should be rewarded and considered a key resource. I called to close my accounts, only based on bank consolidation post retirement. She carries the torch for DCU to try to get me to stay in as a customer and I cannily say that while my mind was made up, if she worked for my company, I would reward her and consider her a very valuable asset based on her energy and determination. She genuinely cared about me leaving and if there had been any wiggle room, I would have caved. So cheers to her and to DCU for whoever hired her.

The representative Savannah was polite

The representative Savannah was polite, happy, and helpful. There are polite and helpful reps however not many that show happiness through the phone. Her personality and service represented DCU in a professional but personable way.
