Excellent Staff

The agent I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable the whole time during my application. Her voice was clear, and I could understand the terms clearly the way she explained it. Overall, very satisfied!

Heidi made our experience as seamless…

Heidi made our experience as seamless as could be! My wife and I came in to clean up some old accounts and apply for an auto loan. Start to finish Heidi was a pleasure to work with. One of the most knowledgeable, efficient and professional Member Service Specialists we’ve had the opportunity to work with! We would recommend her to anyone looking to bank with DCU!

Great experience with DCU - (as always) Wait time was minimal, service was excellent and quick. I was provided with information on how to make more interest on my savings accounts. Service representative was very friendly. Great Job!!
