Came in for a name change and Miss…

Came in for a name change and Miss Bharati was the best representative anyone could ask for. Service was nothing short of A+, very warm and kind. She makes you feel at home. Would recommend 1000/10. Thank you for the great service,ma'am! Very much appreciated!

Jada

Jada listened to understand my issue fully without cutting me off. She was patient, professional, and actually obtained information for me instead of sending me links to try to find it myself. She advised me on the next steps I should take to help with the disputed charges, gave me an estimated date on when to expect resolution so I could follow-up if needed, and issued a new credit card to prevent further charges. Her personal touch made for an excellent customer service experience.
