Auto Refinance.

I have been Member of DCU for past 3 and half yr.
Today I connected for auto refinance and representative helped me with connecting to Right person and within 15 min my Refinance was finalized and done.

I recently lost my phone and am in…

I recently lost my phone and am in limbo waiting for my iCloud to reset. I also am house bound with a broken leg. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get to a location to pay both loans. Chelsey was able to email me “smart pay” link and I was able to process both loan payments! This gave me such relief knowing that my credit score would not be affected. Kudos to Chelsey! Happy member today! Thank you
