Hats off to Brenda, Duda, Erika, and Tanya at the the Franklin Branch. I had an outstanding experience at this branch because of them and truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received.

The team was welcoming from the start, took the time to understand what I needed, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I could tell they genuinely care about their customers and work well together as a team.

I look forward to working with them and being back there to garner some of their positive spirit!

And as a side note, I witnessed them do this with two other customers that came in the door!

Each time I go to the Franklin DCU branch, I am greeted by wonderful and knowledgeable tellers. Duda, of the branch’s tellers, is especially friendly to all her customers. She is able to easily make conversations with customers that remind me why I choose DCU Franklin and not a big corporate bank.
