Hello Everyone, after having a difficult time reaching someone yesterday evening! I was finally able to reach someone in person. I spent more 30 minutes with Steven, he help me understand the loans I was approved for. And we made some adjustments and we received the best personal loans with the best scenarios.

Banking with DCU has always been a good experience. My experience today with Lisa from the loan team was 10/10 she was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. DCU does a great job of assisting you in your time of need.

Ellen was fantastic, she helped me with depositing a check for my baby without needing to spend 2+ hours in the car to come to a branch location.

Eddie went above and beyond for me. The problem I was calling about was caused by me, but he took the time to walk me through, give me an easy solution, and also help me understand why I didn't see a response from DCU (it had been sent). He was absolutely great!

The customer service representative was super helpful. Got a lot done in one call. I have no problem recommending the bank and their loan department to my friends. Great job!

Julie was so helpful I. Identifying my problem and the. Finding a long term solution. She also noticed I was under utilizing savings plans and we switched two savings plans to advantage plans. Which was so thoughtful and provides more long term support for me.
