Christina was very polite and professional. Her positive attitude made me feel my questions were important and had detailed information in response to them. She thinks "outside the box" to ask related questions that I may not have thought of, so, I found this very helpful to be sure I had accomplished everything I wanted to do while being assisted by her. I am always pleased when I need assistance at DFCU no matter how minor or in-depth my issue seems to be. DFCU has been our banker for 40 years, and, for that amount of time, our loyalty has always been there and DFCU's loyaly has always been there for us.

The person that I was speaking with was easy to work with. She was able to answer my questions. The only negative was that I was not able to obtain a loan payoff letter either on the website or through customer service. You have to download a request letter, email it in and then wait 7-10 business days. You can only see what your loan payoff amount is online, but cannot download any payoff information. Customer service was able to email a form for download and completion, which then has to be sent back in.

I was attended to very well, my Questions were all answered and i was able to open up my membership
