Everything was great

The lady was awesome

The lady was awesome, actually every time I interacted with a DCU agent was very kind and helpful and this last one was awesome as well went back and forth for helping me with my application, I appreciate her and all the help she gave me.

Fraudulent transactions of thousands of dollars

This was an interaction because somebody had hacked into my DCU account and did thousands of dollars of fraudulent transfers and ACH charges. I was very stressed over this situation and Tawana did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable. She worked with me to identify all of the fraudulent charges. In spite of my interruptions she maintained a professional and confident approach to solving my issues Thank you Twana and DCU
