DCU has always provided excellent…

DCU has always provided excellent customer service and helped me attain my financial goals. Pleasant, helpful and quick turnaround on loan applications. Today I spoke with Steven and he was attentive, thorough and very helpful explaining the next steps in my loan application process. Always a positive experience with DCU!

I had a great experience with DCU’s customer service. The representative was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. They made the process easy and made sure all of my concerns were resolved. I really appreciate the excellent support and professionalism. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!

Andrea and team super helpful and professional

Andrea was incredibly helpful submitting and processing our auto loan over the phone while driving home from the dealership. I had everything approved, signed and uploaded within 30 minutes for the loan team to finalize my financing within an hour.
