Disappointing service - Avoid
I am incredibly frustrated with my experience with this company. I paid for a specialist drainage report for a property purchase, only to be left with nothing to show for it.
Initially, I was told the report had been completed, and I was promptly asked for payment. However, after that, the story changed, and I was informed that they had not actually completed the report at all. While I understand there were issues at the property, the lack of professionalism has been appalling.
Despite making several attempts to contact them via phone and WhatsApp, my messages and calls have been completely ignored. I still have not received a receipt for the payment I made, nor have I received a copy of the report—even though I have requested both multiple times for legal purposes.
This entire process has caused significant stress during a house purchase. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you need reliable and professional service.
