ordered their product from facebook, on 19th June, claimed to be a Dutch company, manufacturing in NL never received when I clicked on track and trace was directed to a CHINESE company! Product never arrived and attempted emails to ddhope were sent back as- could not deliver. Have still NOT received.
Today (12/8/'25 )some 6 weeks later I am informed that my product is still in transit !!
Ik krijg wel steeds bericht terug...dit is nadat ik heb gezegd dat ik wil annuleren...de 6de mail en wel steeds antwoord...maar niets ontvangen....wordt hier heel verdrietig van...

Money went of my creditcard even though I never finished my order. The description reads Uber San Francisco.
Misleading advertisements. I bought a powder tand pasta that they asvertised people " if you're not satisfied, you can return it for free" , when i tried to do so their customer service does not reply and their return policy says the consumer has to pay the shipping cost.........to china. So yeah, i have lost my money and I'm left with a product that is not what they promised. Never again
