A big THANK YOU to the Contrado team! I received a delivery where one of the ordered fabric was not sent in the correct length (80 cm instead of the ordered 300 cm). After having submitted pictures of the too short fabric to Contrado via email I was offered a reprint which was sent to me immediately. The reprint in the correct lenth looks great and I am very happy with the quality of the fabric! I highly appreciate the solution oriented approach of Contrado and the quick and easy way how the problem was solved for me. I’m absolutely amazed!! And kind of speechless. Only on Sunday evening I ordered two items (a cushion and a pair of espadrilles) from Contrado and today (it is only Wednesday) both items arrived! And not only am I amazed by the speed of the delivery, but both products are of very high quality. I’ve only recently started creating my own designs and luckily I came across Contrado. I will now comfortably be able to add my designs on their great products and start selling them to my customers (they still have to find me, mind, since I’m still at the very beginning😊).

I placed my order for a large print on velvet on a Saturday afternoon. Only four weekdays later it arrived. Apparently the team had not been completely satisfied with their first attempt, so they ended up re-printing a second version. They sent me both the first and second print, without extra charge, and the second print is absolutely perfect — I am super happy! The quality of the print, the fast shipping, the great customer support--I'm really getting my money's worth. As a freelance artist, I am extra careful about how much I spend on material. I am grateful to have found this place, where I know I will get the best product possible. Also, it's very apparent that the team is highly skilled, and they're passionate about finding solutions for every individual printing job.

It got fire protection! So I can work creative as I want.....The service was high, the talk in German and other Language. They phone me if they have a question and control each stuff.....

The costumer service is excellent and the print quality is amazing!
