High costs for return but very good customer service
Goods were fine and came in two partial deliveries. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong sink and had to return it. I also overlooked the fact that shipping and therefore return shipping to the EU is from the UK. Which of course resulted in customs fees and high costs for return shipping. Customer service was good, but that does not help me with over 50 euros cost of shipping and return shipping on a value of goods of 120€. I will probably not order here again and limit myself to goods from the EU.
Update: Hudson Reed has offered to pay the return shipping cost for the wrong sink if I order the correct sink from you. I will gladly accept this offer. That's what I call good customer service!

Greatly Improved quality
My shower (Elisabeth) was 2 year out of warranty. Nevertheless, Hudson readily agreed to replace a component as a good faith, though I was only asking which part I need to buy. The response from the support was quick and friendly.
I ended buying the newer version of the mixer valve assembly instead and can say that the quality is now much higher than what I bought several year ago.
