Good luck if you have a lost return with a prepaid return label!
Customer service is absolutely useless.
I’ve been on the chat service for hours and they don’t understand that the parcels been lost by the courier and won’t do anything to help! I’ve asked to speak to managerial staff to no avail despite proving evidence to lack of tracking. They just regurgitate tracking numbers to you and will only help if it arrived at their warehouse.
First time this has happened, I will never shop with MP again. AVOID.

Delivery is the usual its nice do, Product is really nice no chunks in it for me the Chocolate Browni a bit sweet but next time i try the Dark Chocolate one. Quaity is really good so clear and just good.

This team do not understand that I was offered a replacement, replacement was arriving to me, but I called to shipment company and rejected it, I told them please return this item back to Myprotein. And I informed them about this and myprotein's team just closed my account, so where is the logic??

Product never arrived, paid extra for next day delivery, and it was never delivered. Have been waiting for over a week for the results of the investigation and have not received any form of compensation.

Fair prices but Creapure tastes synthetical
Really fair prices and a lot of good, tasty products. However, the Creapure tastes really synthetical, not like from other stores. Mabye the reason is the bag its in.

Don't trust. They force subscriptions on you when you dont sign up for subscriptions, and they even have the audacity to charge you normal price. I purchaed 1 tub, no sub. Their customer service team told me I am a liar and I clicked sub.... wish I had screenshot, but I don't. Scammy foreign company. Don't trust. Go elsewhere.
