The image looks amazing. Working you through email prior helped guarantee the out come would be what I wanted. The product itself has a perfect finish.
Was a bit concerned as the package was pretty well destroyed in one corner and wet but fortunately the picture was unaffected

I’ve already explained it in my message to customer service , and never heard back . For starters you sent my first picture and it arrived in 3 days after I ordered it, like you knew I was going to order it again and it arrived broken , seems you intentionally broke it , because I’ve had 6 pictures from yall in the past with no problems , but it’s seems suspicious that it was such a quick turnaround because I upgraded since I wanted metallic pearl but the ONLY difference was , it was darker . THATS IT…Darker! Nothing really noticeably different. So I paid an extra $160.00 more for a 37” picture. The upgrade metallic pearl just didn’t have the 3D look or slickrock appeal that provides a distinct pearlscent high gloss metallic finish , because I know what they look like very much. Because I have 3 of them! So customer service , I guess just decides to just blow it off since it’s Friday and no big deal , it’s the weekend coming up. I just can’t believe you guys treat repeating customers like me that way I’ve been spending a lot of money at your company over the past 9 years .

The quality of the print blew my mind. I’ve never experienced such precision and attention to detail. The print was expertly packed and protected. I will forever only order from WhiteWall from now on. You get the best customer service and the best lab technicians. You simply can’t go wrong by choosing to have your work of art printed by the best in the business.

The printing issues that I had with my first 2 orders were answered by a WhiteWall representative. He offered a reprint of one of the orders for free except for shipping costs. Ultimately, the reprint was still not what I hoped for, but I can see that it could be improved in the future if I chose to try again. The communication with WhiteWall was very good and the offer of a free reprint was appreciated.
