Wrong item sent AGAIN

Never shopping with them again. This is my 2nd poor review of this retailer.

After previously being sent the wrong item and not having any correspondence, refund or exchange from them. I decided to give them a 2nd chance.

Wrong item received again. I have complained but again not heard back (admittedly not given them as much time this time after reading more similar reviews) they are custom orders so I cannot understand how they get it so wrong. It says it clear as day on the order form yet the item allegedly made to order and sent is completely wrong.

The items from this retailer are good however their competence at getting customer orders correct and correspondence is awful.

Rather than attempting to get money back or change order I am more willing to buy items to match the incorrect item they sent me
