I bought a dress which was to big for me so I sent it back (paying more than 200 SEK for the postage). Some weeks passed and I didnt hear from the shop so I sent an email requesting a refund. They processed the refund and wrote that the money would be back on my payment method. Some days passed and no money, so I wrote another email asking what had happened. They responded that the refund had been made so I waited more. Now 2 weeks has passed since the refund and still no money back. I feel I have been cheated on 320€ !
I dont recommend this shop!

We’d like to clarify that your refund of €320 was processed on June 13th to the Mastercard used for the original purchase. Once the refund is issued, the timing of when the amount appears on your account can vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Mastercard refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your bank account. This depends on your Mastercar terms of use so please check your next Mastercard statement. We have been in contact with you already explaining this. We would also like to clarify that we offer free returns from Sweden.
We absolutely understand that the delay has been inconvenient, but we want to assure you that the refund has been made from our side and that we have not withheld any amount.
If the refund still hasn’t appeared, we recommend contacting your bank directly and of course, we’re happy to help you further.

My absolute favorite designer. That's why I even order from Switzerland!
The online customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, they are not reachable by phone. I'm just disappointed that the dress, which was the main reason I placed the order, suddenly wasn't available anymore, even though it had already been confirmed.
