Awful customer service
Can’t say anything about the products but the customer service is non existent. Ordered May 24,2022 and quoted 1-3 working days delivery. This was a birthday present for my wife’s 60th birthday which is today.
No updates, tracking supplied does not work, comes up with invalid number ?
E-mailed Customer services June 2 and rang this morning June 6 at 10.40 to be told I was ringing outside office hours when the recorded message says they open at 9am. Just a joke of a company to deal with.
