Impressive variety of AI apps that are pre-trained for marketing. They are all integrated into the project(s) you are woking on. No need for multiple subscriptions. Saves massive amounts of time and money. They are constantly adding new apps and training us on ways to help our own businesses.

I like the clarity & How I can purchase & and then set it to pay later.

So far this company has a lot of ethical issues. For example, once you commit to a subscription, the page takes you to another page saying get this, if you buy that software, it takes you to another page telling you you to buy another software now or you want be able to purchase it later. The bottom line, this company gets you to buy their products by offering an affordable subscription but it looks like you want benefits from it unless you purchase from the numerous pages after it. I am going to report them to the consumer affairs and I suggest y’all do the same to stop these scam people from scamming others.

I paid $45 but got nothing about linkor access. I emailed to their support email one week ago, no response at all. They are very efficient to receive payment.

I attempted to try out their subproduct: astrology.ai.
The landing page they lead visitors to from their ads offers: 'Try for 3 days'.
After collecting personal data during sign-up, they immediately try to charge you without offering anything but vague promises.

This deceptive practice leads me to conclude that the operators of this service are engaging in duplicitous tactics characteristic of petty fraudsters.

I attended a Zoom meeting with Alex and Terry, who hosted it in real-time. Many people attended from all over the world. They explained most aspects of Deal AI, and I really think these guys are onto something. Yes, there are some teething problems, but there are so many other cool features that are handy and can really help your business. The extra fees that they ask for are simply extensions, kind of like Hubspot CRM. You can't get all the features for one fee because you may not need all the features... also the price would be massive then.

I got my money back fairly easily. I did make a mistake and used an incorrect email, which they sorted out. On signup, the advert mentioned that the $45$ was an annual fee; apparently, it's monthly. That fee is not a problem to me, but it's all the other additional fees that they try to lock you into.
I didn't test out the platform, but I was put off by all the extra $45$ here, $17$ there, $49$ here, $30$ there story once you take the initial signup step. If it was more transparent, then it wouldn’t feel so shady.

Signed up to Deal.AI for the 45$ annual subscription. Then I got debited the 45$ and another 49$ the page then took me to three other portals asking me to add on other services. If I had known this then I would have not signed up.

To top it off, I cannot log in to their website as it says I have never signed up despite them happily debiting my account.

I have also emailed support to assist. If this is not successful or they can reconvince me that this is not a scam, then the next move is to report.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I requested cancellation and refund via there email because their phone number does not work! I have not received a response or a refund!!! I don’t believe the good reviews are real. This is 100% a scam!

I have been using deal.ai since early 2024. I am impressed with the variety of apps included and they keep adding more on a fairly regular basis. I am pretty technical and have not need to use support, but I see a lot of negative reviews based solely on the response. That is unfortunate because, I love the product and use different apps daily. It has saved me a lot of time and I have been able to drop other more expensive subscriptions.

I joined since June 2024, all of the videos cannot be opened at all. I email them, they only ask "is this your first time experience this?"

I forgot about this then try again in September, its still the same, i cannot open all of paid member videos. i even tried 2 different browser, chrome and brave

I think its a scam, becareful

I have not been able to access. I got a email saying my account was create. I can login but when I try to use I get a message say locked

The company charged me but did not deliver the product. They sent an email saying my payment did not go through and saying incorrectly that I was not charged. I responded with unkind words accusing their business of scamming me, as I was charged but told I wasn’t. They assured me that they are not scammers and that they’d initiated a refund. I was still upset as I received no explanation as to why I did not receive a product I paid for. On their fifth email they made their first attempt at an explanation which was untruthful with contradictory information. They called me rude. I would never trust the people who work in this company to provide good service to me and therefore would not provide good service and products that would benefit my business and customers. It seems the responses from the company on this site are rude even though they are here for the public to see. The people at this company are incompetent (don’t even understand the problem which I think is an issue that they don’t accept the type of debit card I used which is a fairly common problem that even I can figure out), lack compassion (don’t care to understand my problem or try to figure it out), lack basic customer service skills (didn’t even attempt to explain issue until 11 emails in and called me rude). Unfortunately, I cannot give a review on the product itself as I never received access to the AI software academy subscription. I can only give a review for support which was very unsatisfactory and I am awaiting a refund for something I never received and was told I didn’t even pay for.

I am currently in the first week of this product. So i am still trying to decide whether or not this product is worth it. The product, creator and concept is overall an excellent product/service (I believe Alex is attempting to create a remarkable service). I also signed up for their WHITE LABEL PROGRAM and some other special up sales because I have high hopes for this service/product. That is why i decided to pay the amount of the product. I also believe in the product's potential. Now the folks working for the company... i will need time to decide on that. I am currently in communication with different team members. For now, I will rate it a 4 because I am inspired and excited by this product. I will announce my recommendation after my first month with this company. I will let everyone know my personal experience with DEAL.AI

Wanted to sign up for deal.ai because it actually looks like it is worth it, but after seeing the way they reply to bad reviews in such a disgusting way put me off immediately. Building relationships with clients goes a long way. Treating people with respect goes a long way. Handling situations the way you guys do can close a business within a short time. Watch the way you talk to people and handle it better. Guaranteed you will double in sales if you work on your arrogant attitude.

What I can honestly say is that you will see a lot of bad reviews from the earlier days of this tool. These reviews were left before the platform built up to what it is now. I can't blame them, because I was a little upset about that myself, until I noticed that they continued adding all kinds all really cool things no one else is offering. They offer SO MUCH that is so beneficial to business owners. This tool is actually very underrated. It does everything you could possibly think of. Give it a chance before you knock it. I purchased the subscription back when there were only 4 apps. there are now 45 APPS WITHIN THIS TOOL TO UTILIZE. Everything you could want from a phone line, CRM, email writer, art marketplace to sell the images you create (they don't pay much but every little bit counts) , a choice to white label the software for your own branding, ecommerce tools, domain, business email, editing, chatbot creation, and so much more. That's WILD! So worth it. And way beyond expected.

I just was caught up in their ad scam, paid subscription, and no one turned up for the scheduled calls. I attempted to schedule 4 times, all the times same. When I requested to refund my subscriptions, they said no. I'm utterly frustrated. Becareful. If someone know where to complain about these, please let me know. I have evidence including screenshots and bookings of initial meetings with them.

Deal.ai is Amazing! The software products they put out are high quality and yet they still keep the prices very competitive. If you have support issues they are always on top of it and eager to help. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The platform outperforms most apps in terms of quality and speed. The team are available to answer any questions raised via their customer service and make an effort to make sure issues are resolved. price to value is incredible, you cannot find a better deal online considering all the tools they give you. Highly recommended.

deal.ai is a fantastic collection of tools allowing your to use AI in a very user friendly way. You can use deal.ai for yourself and your business, and/or as a business selling your services. Both options are very affordable, as of now. The community is growing week by week. If you are interested in digital marketing AND artificial intelligence, join asap. This is a journey that keeps on growing and giving.

I purchased Deal.ai on a whim from an ad on facebook, to say as was surprised by the capabilities of the software was an understatement. This software has so many capabilities and opens the door to so many possibilities as a digital entrepreneur. I have used a number of other AI based software packages and Deal.ai is far superior to them all even though it it still being developed.
5 stars all the way from me and i very rarely give 5 stars on a review.

I recently subscribed to Deal.ai, expecting a smooth experience with their platform. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. Typically, any product would allow users to try it out even with a monthly subscription and provide necessary training on how to use it. Unfortunately, Deal.ai first charged me for product training, which I didn’t have access to initially.

To make matters worse, they then asked me to upgrade my plan to gain access to the actual product. This approach is highly misleading and feels like a scam. Charging for training without providing initial access to the product and then demanding an upgrade to use the product is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing to Deal.ai.

I'm referring to the AI marketing software. It would be beneficial if users could trial the software for at least seven days. As someone from a digital marketing background, I'm not seeking training on magic hooks, landing pages, or funnels — there are plenty of resources like that on YouTube already. I need software that can accelerate my workflow and enhance client experiences. Currently, I'm only finding training videos, which don't meet my needs. Offering a seven-day trial upfront would be a great way to address this.
