its a shame that Dealhunter how they are stealing money from customer as i purchase for one transaction in november but still they withdrawing money 89 kr. from my account i think this happens to all the customer is this way of your marketing.....

Very Poor Customer Service
Prices for items are quite good and most times they arrive. The problem is that there is a charge for shipping, and I ordered jewellery which was just packaged in a simple envelope, and no tracking details provided. Packages took an extreme amount of time to arrive (ordered 6 weeks before Christmas, delivered 3 weeks after christmas) and some packages have still not arrived. Dealing with customer service is also a bit of a nightmare, when emails are answered the standard response was (Has it arrived yet - I look forward to hearing from you), and I never managed to get anybody on the phone, after sitting for 10 mins on a number of occasions. For all this there is also a monthly membership fee. Be warned.
