Sent earphones back to the company almost a year ago under a warranty claim. Despite repeated chasing, I still have not received them back and they are now ignoring all emails.

I have a first experience in 2023 buying Samsung s23+, delivery took 2 weeks, but smartphone new genuine and it was the best price, a half year later I bought a galaxy watch, delivery time the same. 27.02.2026 I ordered s25+ and it says delivery 2-4 days, later I received notification "peak season, 2-3 days more" but at the end it took also 2 weeks. It was not too bad, because the price still was the best. I don't really believe in customer support or any warranty, but in most cases when you bought Samsung or Apple smartphones woking well as expected.

Don't buy from this company, I ordered some headphones as a birthday present that should have arrived within a week. I was sent a tracking link which showed the package was in transit for 3 weeks without any change. After 2 weeks I chased it and was advised there was issues with the shipment and they were unable to tell me where the item was or when it would be delivered to me. I ended up cancelling and getting a refund. Clearly this comes from another country which is where the issue came from.

I ordered a laptop from Dealmonday on 01 December 2025 and paid £753.99. They sent me a tracking number, but the parcel has never been delivered.

Today is 9 March 2026 and I still have not received my laptop or my refund. I have contacted customer support multiple times and they keep telling me they are “investigating where the parcel is”. This has been going on for more than 3 months.

This is completely unacceptable. The delivery problem is between the company and the courier, not the customer. If the item is lost, the company should refund the customer immediately.

Holding a customer’s £753.99 for months without delivering the product or issuing a refund is very poor customer service and raises serious concerns about this business.

If this issue is not resolved very soon, I will escalate the matter further by contacting my bank for a chargeback and submitting a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

I strongly advise other customers to be extremely careful before ordering from this website.

Ordered a Nintendo switch for my son as a birthday present, never received my order and had to go through my bank and open a dispute due to the customer support team replying with the same thing and not resolving the issue! Avoid at all costs! Worst customer service!!

A 12th gen kindle was my purchase.
Ordered 16th Feb, received 5th March.
The kindle is 100% genuine, I registered it with Amazon and their warranty partner all without issue.
I raised a ticket on their website and got the usual automated email then a real person follow up then another... by which time the kindle had been delivered.
If you can wait for an item to get a good saving, use this vendor.
I saved £50.
If you expect a purchase to be with you in the 2-4 days that they say, don't buy from this lot.

We did not receive our order for 2 week - was supposed to be 2-3 days delivery time. There was no phone number to contact anyone, and we had no response to our support ticket. The delivery did take place promptly after our support ticket was raised but there was zero communication. Shocking service. Do not buy from DealMonday unless you want disappointment.

My product was delivered in 9 working days, not 2-4 as advertised, but it was delivered in good condition, and it was considerably cheaper than other retailers, so I'll take it.

Dealmonday is a throughly disreputable business. they claim to have UK offices but ship from China. In my case I bought 2 OnePlus 13 phones from them marketed as International models that would enjoy full OnePlus local warranty. In practice, they were Chinese domestic market phones that had been wiped of the Chinese Color OS and reprogrammed with a booleg of Oxygen that was not updateable. the hardware architecture is completely different with the Chinese market phones and they will not run any form of Android with stability or full function. Dealmonday used false addresses for shipping and service in the UK and fraudulently used a roofing business's VAT number to issue fake VAT invoices and no doubt defraud HMRC on falsely declaring import VAT margin. They filed false dormant company accounts for the same period I, and thousands of other buyers, bought products from them... The list of publicly verifiable misconduct by them is endless.

The phones themselves had problems from day one and Dealmonday continued to obfuscate and inveigle with meaningless evasive responses, then followed by outright lies. As a company, they are complete crooks.

In the end the phones completely stopped functioning, and I referred the case to my Credit Card provider who after 3 months of prevarication, finally gave me a full refund under s75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Caveat Emptor - Avoid them at all costs!!!

Ordered product via expedited delivery. Has not arrived yet 12 days later. Tracker link gives misleading / unhelpful information. Chased as it's a birthday present so time critical and told it will arrive "next week" but with a caveat saying it might be subject to further delays... Likely need to cancel and pay another provider plus more expensive delivery, so put of pocket and irritated!

Absolutely the worst service I have received by a company. Ordered on 9th Feb - I am still waiting for the item. Item is still showing as in transit, has been like this for past 11 days. Disgusting service I have received from customer service telling me it’s late due to unforeseen situation. I ordered this thinking I would receive the item in 2-4 working days at stated. The fact I am still waiting for the item almost a month later within real communication and a reason why it’s late is beyond me.
Do not believe the 2-4 working days!!!!

Purchased my item on 12 FEB no issues and with an expected delivery time of 2-4 days. Checked the tracking and was moving on day by day. Reached 21 FEB and could see this had stopped making any progress. Contacted customer services on 23 FEB to see why this had stopped progressing on delivery and they assured me this was now expedited explaining they were in a busy period. I do not feel this is justifiable for a week long delay and well over 2 weeks longer than the expected delivery time given on the website. Still waiting and checking the tracking daily, the tracking has not been updated in a week and is at ‘the HUB’. This was purchased as a gift in plenty of time and now will be arriving VERY late. Just hoping it arrives ASAP. Have been communicating with the customer services team but doesn’t seem to be very helpful so far.

Bought a Chromecast for Christmas on 28/11/2025. After multiple months of trying to get support to respond, I've opened a case with my bank. Immediately, they reached out asking to close the bank as it "hurts their reputation with payment processors", but refused to refund me first. As of today, I have received a letter from my bank stating that THEY HAVE CHALLENGED my refund request!! Fortunately, my bank stands by me and will continue pursuing it. It all feels like a scam. I don't think they ever had the product or made any deliveries. They just keep your money and hope you won't go through the hassle of reporting it to your bank. AVOID!

They should be honest and say the truth, they are cheaper, but you will need to wait a very long time for the delivery to be completed.
In my case the advert was: " 2-4 days delivery", now after 21 days is not arrived yet.
Update:
It arrived after 24 days, is genuine and in good condition.

Delivery was shown as 2-4 working days. Im on day 10 still nothing. Pity as we would buy alot from then if they were reliable.

Attractive prices but you gamble with the idea of ever be delivered - never mind a refund (forget it!)

On December 3, 2025, I ordered a pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds as a Christmas present for a friend. On the order the company stated "Expedited delivery (2-4 working days)"
I started chasing the order up from about 11th December, getting promises that delivery would be made in time for Christmas.
There was no delivery for Christmas, and DealMonday resorted to the delay being due to the time of year, causing delays beyond their control.
December came and went, and I kept pestering them. Each time I was fobbed off with lame, implausible excuses.
January came and went and, and by this time, I was demanding a refund of the £138.99 I had paid. They refused my request.
We are now getting towards the end of February, and I am still waiting for the Earbuds to arrive (Eternally the optimist!!)
I am still convinced that DealMonay is a totally and thoroughly dishonest trader with no interest in customer relations.
They may be a few pounds cheaper than Amazon, but at least you can rely on Amazon to deliver expeditiously.
I WOULD NEVER EVER CONSIDER BUYING (OR TRYING TO) FROM DEALMONDAY. They totally spoiled my Christmas surprise for my friend
If you do buy from them, I hope your dealings go well

Whilst the price is good, their delivery times are terrible. Their tracking link does not give accurate information. I sent so many emails and till today I havent recieved the item. They said they have upgraded me to priority delivery and yet the tracking website says that "its in transit". I since sent couple of emails and now they have stopped replying. I have asked for a refund and never ever ordering from them. For those in the review section saying that it's unreasonable to expect Amazon type service --> I wasn't expecting a prime delivery service but if the supplier says 4-6 days and it takes three weeks that is categorically wrong and if they stop replying thats even worse. There is not even a number so i can talk to someone which is more frustrating. I was in the process of recommending this website to family and friends and I told them now not buy from them.
