Worst company I’ve ever been in contact with! Steer away from these guys. Strongly suggest you use any other company possible!! It’s not worth whatever price they offer.. delivery time is a lie, they used 2 months for delivery and gave absolutely no information during that time, so long that payment plans were cancelled automatically by the bank and the company is now threatening me with debt collectors due to their very own incompetence…

Stay away from these people…. It’s not worth it, and time after time doing the same thing to most of their customers, they have not improved, lies and excuses is all you get, and if you lucky, you might receive your order during the year… maybe

And as a company… the correct way of contacting me would be: hi I can see we have had some issues with payment, maybe our email didn’t got through, is there any other way to contact you?

Not being a super arrogant and accusing, I did not receive a single email with a link until you finally tried using my number.

Any issues I have had with this company could have been solved months ago if they weren’t so insanely incompetent, inconsistent, wag and arrogant…

I’ve been a Google L.G. For years with over 13 Million views on my reviews of companies worldwide, and so far this is the only company I’ve actually given a solid 0 Stars rating. You got a lot to learn about customer service and professionalism… 1 star is given due to the inability of this site to give 0 stars…

Short summary: Unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Arrogant. Long waiting time. Lies. No consistency. Scam like vibes. Threatening.

But if you’re into that, go ahead and shop on their site.

This is a repeat review as you cannot reply to an answer you receive from the company on Trustpilot. It's been 4 months and still no reply or action from Dealproffsen.dk.

Fast delivery and customer service, the packaging showed a company that deeply cared about logistics, assembly is streamlined, extra screws in every package, everything marked for ease of recognition.

Awful experiance with no customer support and way longer delivery time then they announce.

Beware of buying anything from this Company. The website says "Fast Delivery 2-5 Days". Its been 10 days now and i havnt even recieved a Tracking Number. I wrote to the useless Customer Bot Service that just wrote they are busy and would look at the inquiry within 3 days....surprise surprise, no answer. You cant even cancel an order!!!

After making an online purchase at Dealproffsen, I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and got worried, thinking it might have been a scam. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the order after changing my mind upon reading the reviews, so I had no choice but to wait. In my case, however, the product arrived on time and I have no complaints.

Ordered a bed with delivery time of 2-5 days. Didn’t hear anything about the bed so followed up on the 5th day with costumer service. They promised to look into it and at the same day the withdrew the money from the bed from my account. However, this is now 2 days ago and I haven’t received the bed, any reply from costumer service on the status or a tracking number for a shipment confirming that the bed at least is on its way ☹️
Thus I am wondering if I even will receive what I have payed for.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this website.

Update Sep 2: on the Aug 29 you informed me that the shipment unfortunately has been lost but you will resend and I will receive shortly. However, I still haven’t received my order or an tracking number for it - dispite my request on the 29th to be provided a tracking number

Fast delivery but the product I bought is not very good quality

Order 1288992 - refund of the electric office desk never delivered
The order was placed on 11-May-2025, and there is no information about the shipment until 02-Jun-2025 (when the website advertises a maximum of 5 business days for delivery!). I received an email informing me that my item was lost in the postal handling, and the item ran out of stock. I immediately requested a refund and asked for the next steps, but my email was never replied to, and the company took no other action for 2 weeks.
Every time you communicate by email, you are ignored, and have to create a case after case on their website.
Do not buy anything from this company unless you have plenty of time to wait for your goods or follow up in case of any issues (I am sure you will have!). Dealproffsen is simply the worst company you can ever do business with.
UPDATE 16-Jun-2025: I am a customer not worthy of even a response in my language...

Not even this one star is deserved!
Lousy service, I placed an order a month or so ago, haven't heard back for weeks, when I reached out, I was told they messed up the order, they will resend and I would shortly receive it. Obviously, nothing happened..... I reached out again, only to be told that only half of the order will be shipped, as they ran out of stock. And they're willing to compensate for the mess up by a pathetic 5% discount....whilst for the other half of the order, I was supposed to wait another several weeks, on the top of almost a month delay they had already caught. DO NOT BUY THERE!
And, the recent apologies are just empty words....they do not change anything in the status quo.

Bought an Office Chair in September 2023, Reached out to Dealproffsen DK in november 2024, regarding gas lift cylinder not working anymore. This is part of the 24 month warranty. I haven't heard anything, no response, other than auto generated emails about their "supportpersonal" looking into the case and they will respond in 2-3 workdays. Only buy things there if you are sure you will need to get in touch with them again. That company is definitely the true definition of "the sound of silence".

Edit:Yes, that's the same shitty response you gave me over weeks of discussing. That's just now how the law works. But no one will bother taking you to court over or complaign about this because your products are so cheap so it aint worth the time.
Office chairs wheels are just not supposed to break after half a year.

Since I've fallen into the trap of believing the positive reviews here, I will save you, future customers, your time and your money. Before placing an order, I recommend you run the following check and see for yourselves: please click on all suggested forms of contact on the website - none works. Not the social media, not the email address. In "about us" they quote email support@ dealproffsen.se - if you send an email you get a postmaster error. They are unreachable.

This company is a scam, they will take your money, you cannot track your order, and if you manage to contact them by filling a form in the email order confirmation, they will answer very vaguely after days. No actual solution or update will be offered.
Avoid at all means!

Updated: Order 122481 - I have already asked a refund three times via the contact form.
