Do not use
Ordered paint product & wrong paint sent. Engaged seller who said that the product was fine & could be used instead. Seller Continued to insist that the paint sent wasn’t a problem. Requested refund // return & seller stated it was my responsibility to arrange a carrier (despite their mistake). Eventually arranged a refund through third party (Amazon). Painful experience - just don’t bother with them

Had the displeasure of dealing with these lot last year. What this company does is they buy from Costco and sell on to you. I had to do a lot of digging to find this out. You will notice most, if not all of their products are sold at Costco. They copy the exact same description of the items from Costco. All, and I mean ALL of the products are more expensive by Costco by around 5%. When Costco's prices go up on ANY product by a significant amount, so does from Deals Direct Online. I was comparing a product from Costco and Deals Direct online and Deals Direct Online was about £30 more, but I couldn't get it from Costco as I was not a member. I made my purchase from Deals Direct Online and what happened. No confirmation email... Ok not to worry, on their website their stock number has gone down from 3 to 2 so I thought ok something is happening. I did notice my product at Costco went up the following day by £40!!! Thank god I made my purchase already. 2 days go by, no email confirmation. Ok so I email them, no reply by day 3. I then notice my product from Deals Direct Online has gone up £70 and also the stock has gone up from 2 left to 3 left on their website. I then call their number, I get through to a random cleaning company. I contact them through eBay. No reply. I chat to them through their online website chat thing. No reply. I worked out at this point, after reading other reviews about cancellations and looking at their terms and conditions what was going to happen... My order was going to get cancelled. No profit in it for them. After 5 days, I get a reply via the chat box on their website. They said they cancelled my order as they did not have a courier available for such a large item. Well this is BS. If you haven't got a van big enough, don't take orders. If there is a problem with delivery, talk to the customer and offer resolution or a refund. Don't cancel the order without talking to the customer and have said customer knowing on day 3 this is coming, but wait at least 2 days before even telling them. No cancellation email. Nada. You will see other orders getting cancelled in the reviews with BS reasons. Top tip, don't use these lot. Don't worry about me though, I got more than even with these lot, not that they will ever know :)

Bought item ..... received totally different item.

Been trying for 3 weeks to resolve but they are simply not interested.

Appears they dropship from CostCo but add on a little bit to make money, anyone can make a CostCo online account and buy cheaper with proper customer support.

This place is a one man band, firm avoid.

Ordered a "Hotel Chocolat" Velvetiser starter kit as it was an excellent price. Delivery was fairly quick so was quite happy. Communication was a little poor initially until Billy took over. After that, it was superb. I could not have asked for more. I will certainly use Deals Direct Online again.

Poor. Didn’t dispatch and then when I emailed, cancelled my order citing an issue with courier insurance??? Left me with no luggage to travel at Christmas and a lot of stress

Don’t use this company , cancelled my order without notice , try a fake refund on PayPal to me and been pending for 5 days then cancel it , so now I have to open a case on PayPal which take another 10 days to resolve the problem and hopefully my full refund back

Ordered a christmas nutcracker for grandkids £443.99 SELLER CANCELLED ORDER WITHIN HOURS AND ISSUED A REFUND VIA PAYPAL. HE LEFT IT PENDING ALL WEEK THEN CANCELLED THE REFUND. NOW NO REPLY TO EMAILS ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE BEEN WELL AND TRULY SCAMMED AND NOW HAVE ALL THE HASSLE OF TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL.JUST BEFORE XMAS AS WELL.WHY CANT PEOPLE BE HONEST WHY DO THEY ROB OFF THOSE THAT WORK HARD? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Just bought a 6foot nutcracker

After reading some of the negative comments on here I thought I would share my excellent experience of dealing with deals direct online.
We ordered a DUALIT toaster and got increasingly worried about the delivery after reading some of the comments.
There was no need to worry ordered last Friday and it arrived Tuesday two working days after the order exactly what they said
So I would definitely use them again and would genuinely recommend them

I ordered a Meater temp probe but had to cancel the order an hour later as I realised my Dad, who I was going to gift it to, already had one. Customer Service response was exceedingly quick, friendly and a full refund has now been received. I will shop with this merchant in future because of this excellent customer service.

10/10 customer service.
Support got in touch with me in a short time to sort out the my issueand they resolved as soon as they could (immediately).

Came across what I thought was a very good deal for a Ring wireless door bell with Pro Chime for £132.99 just before the black friday.
On the Web site said it was in stock so placed the order, paid through PayPal as one does for a little bit of reassuring, 1-2 days for delivery, so after 5 days checking the shop app, there was still no tracking or anything of the like and just states purchased, money left PayPal days ago, so a email asking for a delivery date was requested.
Out of the blue not even 3 hours later, a full refund to my Paypal, no email with any apology or anything explaining why the order was cancelled and a refund given.
NOT the best customer services that's for sure !

Purchased an item at around £100, the description stated 1-2 working days for delivery. Money was taken from my account. Still waiting on the delivery and it is over a week later. I have emailed the company twice (no telephone number provided) and I got a one line response after the first email saying they would look into it. I have heard nothing more since.

Stay away unless you bought something which is not interesting. If you have a problem with an item like I did:
(1) I sent an email explaining the situation that the camera I bought (RING STICK UP CAM) is not working as It should be. NO ANSWER.
(2) I called (44 7312 467326), just an answer machin, left a message: no call back.
(3) I returned the Item with tracking and signature, one week after NO ANSWER.
Briefly, to avoid stress DO NOT PURCHASSE FROM THIS company that they know only how to collect money, no service at all if something went wrong.
It was my first purchase from them (I mean my first mistake) , and it will be the last.

I purchased a blender retailing for £450 for just £350. I was a bit weary buying a relatively expensive item from an online retailer I'd never heard of. But all my worries were squashed the next day as my order had been dispatched swiftly.
It was delivered the following day by DHL.

So for anyone else reading these reviews worried to pull the trigger on an unknown retailer, don't be!

This company is great. Excellent communication and quick delivery.

Bought an arcade machine at an amazing price. Didn't even have to pay for delivery! Delivery driver carried the machine into the house for me. Couldn't be happier.
