Worse mistake I made all of 2020. Ordered a light in August and it’s now February and still nothing just a bunch of bull crap emails talking about covid is the hold up. I hope You see these reviews before you place an order with these crooks.

From 25 december 2020 payment with my Master card for amount 56.95 usd order No. 85745 hope refund my money. So i think is fake company because in a payment way isn't the PayPal that is much important for safty buying!!!send my money back!!!

This company stealing people money I was ordering Sofa covers from November last year now is Almost the end of January still no sign. Very bad company dont buy anything from them please..

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN THE OTHER WAY. They just want to steal your money. They need to be reported to the Chines government. There is no way to get ahold of them or track your package. I ordered 2 Robots in November. NOTHING !!!!! You can get all they sell from other stores, Honest ones. Stores that will send you what you order. AND be careful they use other names. I wouldn't have given them 1 star if I didn't have to. If you want what you order don't order from them. I'm sure I'm going to have to deal with, if they ever get here, pieces of crap. A bate and switch. I ordered cool robots. I think they are going to send the ones on wheels not the ones that walk. Cheap ones. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AS FAST YOU CAN THE OTHER WAY and again watch out for their other companies. Same but different name.

Very disappointed! I guess I can say that I have been scammed as well. I ordered at the beginning of of December 2020 and have yet to receive my order. Like most of you I have sent email after email with robo replies. After tracking my package I was informed that a lable was created in CA. but that's about it as the actual item had not been received to place the lable on. What can I say; we live and learn. BEWARE AND DON'T EVER ORDER from this business again. I like some of you didn't find this page until after I ordered. This was a gift for my daughter.

Much like everyone else my mom was scammed the same way. It has been over a month and nothing was delivered. My naive mom thinks that if I keep sending them emails then someday they will reply. I have sent them 4 emails and got 2 responses from a robot and mom insists that I keep sending them every single day.

After ordering from this website in beginning of december, found this page about every one having issues with them. Since the tracking number showed the package has been sent back from china declaration office, and did not moved since, I've prepared that this may never arrive. HOWEVER it did. Properly. Not sure the reason, however I can confirm that I got it. Maybe I was lucky.

I ordered 2 sets of crystal with the applicator pens and a small wood saw in October,to make sure i had them for Christmas. Needless to say,I have yet to receive my order,nor my money back. Boy, talk about a money making scam. Boy, if there is a KARMA, heaven help them! With all the bad reviews, how can they not be caught and something done!

I knew when the would not let me use Paypal that they were not above board, shame on you Deal-o-saur as if life currently is not tough enough.

This company is nothing but a money stealer. I ordered a product in July it took 6 months for it to arrive and it was the wrong order. I wrote over 30 emails to ask them when my order was coming and I got no response at all. The email would say that " Due to Covid we are running behind." Then they asked for proof of purchase which I sent them and again nothing. So they got $19.95 out of me and if this is how they treated me how more people have they stole money from. I will never ever use this company again and I recommend no one else does either. Your just throwing your money away.

I ordered a sofa and recliner chair cover in april 2020 and i have never received them. I have tried emailing this company but i get no response. I would love to have my $60.00 back or my merchandise.

I ordered 5 small bottles of hand sanitiser from Deal O’Saur back in May 2020 when there was shortage of this product here in Melbourne, Australia and I paid by card. I have never received them. Wasted about $35AU - very annoyed!! Don’t use this company as they are dishonest!!

Such company is 100% FRAUD. Nothing to say they are from China. Two orders and two frauds. 50-59 days for order delivery of EXACTLY opposite items been described and shown. Are they thinking Americans complete imbeciles ? Such sort of humiliation is over. I'm calling to credit card requesting a full refund for both orders.

Wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Cheapest made products ever. Orders multiple items and Nothing worked and packaged horribly. Irreversible 3 months late. Don’t waste your money or time with this business.

The item was delivered with 3 months delay and totally damaged. That site did not offer any way to cancel/return the item. Their customer service is non-existent. When I tried to dispute with the credit card they claimed the item was delivered as ordered.
I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Rip off Artists. Paid on order. Nothing sent. ONCE in a while since MARCH I get a computer generated e-mail from different names. Saying this and that. They dont give a crap, they got my money. I hope they eat crap and choke on it. I hate a thief! 100 years ago, they used to hang thieves.

Only giving a 1 star because no stars isn't an option. Garbage site with garbage products.
Just received my order, after 2 months, and 3 of 4 things are wrong and the product itself is absolute junk.
