Driver called me 30 minutes before he…
Driver called me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive, he was actually a day early as well, he did say he could come back tomorrow if it was a problem.
He waited for me to get home as I was out. Very pleasant guy full of smiles.
Got the doors off the truck, I carried them in, no point 2 of us doing it.
Got the paper work done and off he went.
No hassle no problems.

Bespoke door
Ordered a bespoke sized door which was manufactured and delivered to the timeline provided. The delivery was well communicated and the driver was excellent. All in all nothing to fault at all.

Delivery driver didn’t even try to help…
Delivery driver didn’t even try to help me bring the 3.6m skirting boards to my ground floor flat. Got me to help him take it off the van but only dropped it off by the van. Made me drag 5 packs of the skirting, 50m to my flat and bring it in by myself. Will not be spending over a thousand pounds again with them. Definitely not recommended to order from them.

A Kensington door developed a serious…
A Kensington door developed a serious growing black mark on both sides of the door on the main cross piece. The door is fully wrapped in its original packaging, not installed and the mark is under the varnish. Deanta customer service was very unhelpful they have offered no help or solution to the problem despite the documented ten year guarantee.

Driver was very helpful.
App. was hopeless as didn't work with no tracking. With a disabled person at home the wording on the site message unduly made her panic.
Delivery note says I signed, not bad as I was 11 miles away.
Message us with 24 hours notice, with no chance to plan.

Well packed
Delivery on time and pain free. A total of nine doors well packed and secure on a pallet. Impossible to unpack and check every one in the time available but none of the packing appeared damaged. The delivery straight from Deanta and bypassing the 'agent' gives me confidence that all will be well.
