Our delivery driver
Our delivery driver, Clive, was great. A real 'can do' attitude. Our road is practically blocked with works, sporadically and we are into week 3 of 6! Clive took it all in his stride, drove as near to the house as he could. This was still 6-7 houses away. He and one of the workmen carried our sliding doors (one each). To the drive. A very nice and helpful guy, literally prepared to go the extra mile 👏.

Wow what a great experience. Ordered online and within 10 minutes received a call to arrange delivery within 2 working days. The lady on the call was a credit to the company.
I had regular updates of delivery progress and the door came really well packaged.
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and speed of delivery.

Excellent service very friendly delivery driver. My only comment would be I had an email to say it would be delivered 7.45-9.45 Friday. Then one to say 8.39 Friday. It arrived at 17.10 Thursday. Luckily I was in!

Great service all round. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick, and I received clear tracking updates throughout the process so I always knew when to expect my order. Product arrived in good condition and looks exactly as I had hoped based on thr images and description online. While it hasn't been installed yet, my first impression of the quality and finish is very positive.

Great driver but a shame they only send 1 person
2 oak doors delivered, given 5 stars for the driver but for the firm i would give 3, sending out 1 person with very heavy items and expecting whoever is receiving to help, i have arthritis so had no chance of helping luckiky my husband managed to get home early.

We ordered 5 doors but unfortunately they had a very long lead time on delivery. Rather than cancel the order, Ryan called us and suggested alternatives. We received all doors the day after. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend

A great company to deal with. Excellent deliveries from Clive
A great company to deal with. I order over 1000 doors per year from Deanta, as they are by far the best door product on the market (by a long shot). The 18mm oak lippings are brilliant. The finish on the pre finished oak doors is perfect.
The delivery service is always spot on and a special mention to Clive who delivers my doors every week. He’s a great chap, who goes above and beyond to make the delivery seamless. He’s communication is excellent. He’s a credit to the company.
Also any issues that I do have are resolved quickly and efficiently, which in turn keeps my business running smoothly also.

Doors were delivered within a couple of days and at a keen price.
They were well packaged with edges protected with cardboard sleeves and the faces visible under polythene wrap for initial inspection. Communication was outstanding with a call the day before and a 2-hr slot confirmed, and they arrived within the slot. The driver was efficient, helpful and friendly, he brought the doors indoors and allowed a few minutes to check them.
