I like the fit of the jeans but the material is kind of thin for blue jeans. The zipper is to small to be comfortable for going to the bathroom. Have to pull the jeans down to pee comfortably .

Bought a pair I like everything about them but the durability. Wiped vigorously with a cotton cloth to remove ketchup and ended up with jeans that are pilled badly. Come on, these are jeans, not a knitted sweater, I suppose the polyester and stretch material are the problem. Too bad

Bought a pair in Feburary, the front button popped off in July.
Huge bummer, because I actually love the jeans, the price, and the concept.
I emailed customer service and they were polite, but basically told me I was on my own.
The jeans are great, they just don't last.

Can wear them two times before they look saggy in the rear end. Wife even made the comment that they look like a diaper one time. I am a fit person and have never had jeans stretch out and need to be washed after 1 or two wears. Also the length seems longer than promised. None of my 30x30s are this long on me. not a fan but had such high hopes.

As a Chicagoan, I was excited to support a local manufacturer. The aesthetic of the jean is on point (I've received numerous compliments), but, after 3 months of MAYBE once per week wearing, the quality is questionable. The jeans are pilling and the gold seams are breaking. I am not sure they would be my first choice for my next pair.

Good communication once ordered, a minor delay in shipping. Great jeans, feel good, look good, good price. And LOCAL!

Wound up getting two pairs in different fits with the plan on returning and swapping the pair that didn't work out. They sent the next pair out with the return envelope in a day or so, Highly recommend them!

The bad: Thin material, and honestly more what you would see on a pair of "women's" jeans vs "man's". It isn't bad per say, and I know that is probably what the market is going for, but I miss a good pair of quality jeans that has some thickness to it and that I could wear confidently in the winter. Just seems too thin to wear in the winter and well these are jeans...not jeggings. Also, other huge bad, the zipper I is just waaaaayyyy too small for mens pants. Again more like what you would see on female jeans. To be blunt, there just isn't enough room to get your goods out (for a guy) to take a pi$$. Very awkward moment at the urinal the first time "fumbling" around.
The good: Local Chicago business and that helps, not crazy expensive and they fit well. To be more specific,they fit like they are suppose to based on your actual measurements and not some made up world where a 34 is really a 38.
Ordered wrong size first time because other jeans I have are just wrong (I measured). They took them back and sent another pair to me before I returned the first...that is service and that is why I'll be ordering another pair in their new cut soon.
Overall: Give them a try. For the price they are not bad, just beware the tiny zipper!!!

Great product! They fit as expected, I got regular straight cut men's jeans. The denim is excellent, the best I've ever had because it is soft and moves with me like it's not there! This is a company that employs people in a Chicago neighborhood that needs more businesses and they use US grown and made denim! I'll order more from Dearborn Denim to replace all my other jeans, do yourself a favor and employ a neighbor, buy Dearborn Denim!

These are not bluejeans. They are blue pants. The advertising is misleading. I would never buy another pair.
2nd The cotton grown in the Lubbock, Tx. area is normally short staple (cheaper) unlike the cotton grown in the southern part of the US. if you are using a mill in the south, it would seem to make since to buy the cotton in the same area & save on shipping the bales a 1,000+ miles.
Ordered on line & they arrived promptly. I am pleased that they are being maid in the USA.

Great fit, color

I am always looking to buy local or anything made in the US. For years this was never the case with jeans, because of the cost and I always prefer dark wash and avoid fancy embellishments. Here, I bought a pair of straight leg dark wash for women and wear these jeans ALL the time with cute blouses, sweaters, or even casually bumming around. Great color, classic design, goes with everything. I am so happy to have found Dearborn Denim!

Truly impressed with Dearborn Denim. I purchased the Relaxed fit and I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit of the jeans. Not to mention, Rob and his team have set the bar high on customer service. Great job guys!

I really love the fit of my jeans. I do reccomend to size down a size. I normally wear a 25 and i feel a 24 will fit better when i order again!

No problems with ordering. The stretchy denim s a little weird compared to classic 100% cotton denim so they feel strange but I have gotten compliments on jeans and how they look/fit. Also the stonewashed fabric is still pretty dark so if you like lighter blue (like i do) you should probably go for the lightest shade.
