Poor quality fabric in both items. Not the style nor fabric that I ordered. Poor service. Completely wrong size.
GARBAGE QUALITY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I loved how classy this dress looked and it was very comfortable. It was pretty short if you have more of a curvy body like I do. I would go up a size next time. I wore this to a funeral and did not want to be pulling it down the whole time, so I wore a pair of stretchy black shorts underneath and thankfully I did because it was a very windy day. I was very comfortable the whole day and adding the shorts underneath helped a lot. I received a lot of compliments on the dress so I will be sharing the link!

I ordered a shirt for 4th of July over a month ago and they answered my emails once with a sorry answer! Now I hear nothing from them and the tracking system doesn’t work on the site. Very disappointed with the company! Total scam!

I will keep writing daily so that no one else is scammed. Don’t order from here unless you want to lose your money and receive no product or severely bad product poorly made and sized inappropriately and misrepresented. These are clearly scammers and any good reviews you see are false… don’t buy here PLEASE!!! Dear once false Chinese company… go to zulily. They are reputable… zulily is a good company with accurate representation and delivery of product. Stay away from Dearonce!!!!

Item NEVER received ! I have been asking for a refund for two (2) months. No refund received !

TOTAL RIP OFF. Did not get what I ordered. Just received picture on a screenshot t shirt. Not even cotton. Was going to donate to the homeless but they wouldn't even wear them. Dont buy from this company, they are just stealing people's money.Someone should stop them!

I ordered 1 blouse and after 10 days said it shipped but can't get any tracking info on it even though they provide a tracking number. I sent 3 emails requesting more shipping info but they don't answer. I'm calling my credit card company and stopping payment. I should have read reviews first. The reviews I've read are all horrible. I know the pictures of these clothes look great but I think it's a scam. They collect your money and maybe fill a small amount of orders and fall to fill a larger percentage of orders. Don't waste your time & money

This business needs to be SHUT DOWN. They have a beautiful website with nice clothes and great prices....but the REAL product looks CHEAP. It looks nothing like it shows on their website. Most of it didn't even fit! Then if you want a refund...you have to pay to ship it back to China..which ends up costing more to ship than the actual product. RUN!!!!

Very hard to get a good answer from this company like a receipt or shipping tracking. Their sizes are in no way accurate. They run very, very, very small, even their shoes! No way to return all the items I bought. I was shorted a pair of pants too. I will find someone smaller than me to give to. Only 1 tee shirt fit, but was tight in the arms. Very, very disappointed.

Disappointed. Six weeks to receive order of five items. Poor quality. Two shirts not as shown. One shirt not yet shipped. Will not order again.

After first order, was told they would correct my receiving 2 of the same dresses and the item I really wanted they told me I would receive it soon (it’s been a couple months)…joke …..but unfortunately, the second order was placed in mistake as I trusted in the correction of the first order ..was very bad and I bagged it up right away and dropped it off at Good Will, as I know by our conversation, they don’t accept returns…The gold sequin jacket (most expensive item out of the 8; haha) was missing half the collar (seamstress must of had a bad day)…the floral dress $52; ink pattern spread on one side..no flowers just a big blob…shirt with one tight long sleeve..etc etc etc…running out of room to text… but trust me .. ALL 16 items have gone to the needy, and that’s a good thing..I have since blocked them.

I have mixed feelings. Who writes these ratings? They’re rated mostly excellent but all I see is how poor the service and quality of merchandise is. This must be a mistake. I see no comments supporting how good they are.

I placed an order and the company said a partial shipped, its been 2 weeks yet to receive it and they have no clue when the remainder will ship. Don't order from here you'll just lose your money and no merchandise will be shipped.

Ordered several items March 2021 a couple of items were shipped a few months later a couple were delivered. Contacted them in September requesting to refund or deliver the rest of my items I've already paid for. They responded they would refund me in 5 days. A year now still have not received the rest of my order nor a refund. Save yourself the headache! This is a SCAM company.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM , SCAM. DO NOT order from this company. Did not receive half of my items after 3 months...still waiting! The ones I did get are poor quality and not what was described when I ordered. Go read others reviews and experiences. I find it fishy that SOMEONE will post a bunch of "great reviews" about a shirt or blouse for about 3 days straight. These are fake reviews! All only about 1-sentences. The names are sus as well. Made up! Save your money...don't trust these overseas scammers!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It took 3 months to recieve my order. Noting I purchased matched the description on dearonce's site. One of my item was "Wide leg denim jeans" what I recieved was a pair of pants made of rayon. I returned everything with the order # requesting a refund /w the reason on 7/ 2021 & they sent all the items back to me 2/3/2022. I asked them why they sent it back to me & they just sent an email with the return address telling me to send it back. ARE THEY KIDDING ME??? it cost me 27.00 to send it the 1st time. They are SCAMMING the public. Do not buy from this company..

I'm going to copy another review because the exact same thing happened to me. Plus I did not receive one items I ordered, but a totally different shirt.

Dearonce doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered five items. All of them were of the poorest quality. I ordered a long sleeve shirt and was sent a short sleeve shirt that has loose stitching. Nothing was true to size. Everything was too big, including the shoes! Buyers beware, please! Don’t purchase anything from this sweatshop. You will be throwing away your hard earned money.
