My Dear Person hooding was purchased for a good friend’s birthday! She called me when she received it and told me how much she LOVED it!!

I ordered a hoodie this past winter. It arrived as I expected. It was not damaged like other packages can be. The sweatshirt itself is wonderful!! The quality is superb! It is so soft and warm. I've worn it several times and each time I get a comment, like " I love your sweatshirt " or "Thank you for wearing that". I am ordering t-shirts for the summer.

I love the message of my t-shirt and love the color. I’m not thrilled with the fit. I got a large, and it fits in the shoulders but it is very short. Not the length of a traditional t-shirt. Otherwise, it’s great!

This is the worst company Dear Person Co. Their hoodies /shirts don’t match regular sizes. My XL hoodie was fine in the body, but the sleeves were 4” too long. But I can work around that. However, I ordered an adult size 2XL. What they shipped was a youth size. The tag said 2XL but it was 25” long and the sleeves were 7”. The screen printing in the back was towards the waist, not across the shoulder blades. So their return policy is an absolute lie. I was told I couldn’t exchange it but would be given a discount on my next order, since I ORDERED A SIZE THAT DIDN’T FIT LIKE I EXPECTED. So I responded with no, I didn’t order wrong you shipped a youth size. This is not my fault. They came back with they would give me a 10% refund and I could keep the shirt. I said no, I want an exchange. So, it finally came down to - I can return the shirt and purchase another one. Ok, since it’s an exchange I shouldn’t have to buy anything. No, they said, you can return it but we’ll not give you credit for it since you’re unhappy with the fit of the size you ordered. I wasn’t sent the size I ordered!

I don’t even want to wear their clothes anymore. Doesn’t matter what the message is because I’m reminded of how I was taken advantage of by this company.

When I received my T-shirt, I took it out of the package and admired it. Did I have the guts to wear it yet?? Almost!
Instead I gifted it to a dear friend who helped me find my way. She didn’t realize how important she is to my stability. She gave me the permission I needed to value myself and keep trying. As for me…my new shirt is on the way…and it’s a very visible purple! Wish me strength!!

Ordered a double x that was more of a medium. Tried to get response from customer service to no avail. Beware not a reputable company.

I love the mission behind this company, but the product is cheaply made with too high a percentage of synthetic fibers, the sizing is made for male bodies (wide at the top, tapering at the waist and very long), and the customer service is terrible. This is 100% a BUYER BEWARE situation. Their refund policy is that they JUST DON'T DO RETURNS. You are only able to initiate a return within the first 30 days on unworn/unwashed products (all that is fine), ON YOUR OWN, by sending the product back to them, AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, and ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS, and you have no way of knowing whether the return will be acknowledged, because they don't work with you to give you a shipping label or instructions, or acknowledgment of any kind. This was my experience. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STEER CLEAR OF THEM!

Quality product shipping is a bit slow. Not much information tracking shipment. Lots of compliments on shirt.

The shirt is a bit in the small side, but it's well made and seems to be good quality.

I thought it took way to long to arrive. Ididn't know it was from China until after i started tracking it, I think I would have not minded the pricetag as much if it was from the USA. Anyway Its abit too heavy to wear during the summer but I am glad I got it.

The sweatshirt is very comfortable and well made. I received my first thank you within a week of receiving the shirt.

I volunteer at the Army office monthly. Soldiers commit suicide to often. I have also had some friends commit suicide. It is very close to my heart

I haven't had a chance to wear it out yet, however, I'm completely happy with the shirt. I will get back to you to share any experience I have when I do.

Quality in both materials and sewing! Beautiful, deep red color and my favorite saying on it!
I ordered a MEDIUM, but it is a bit tight, so I HIGHLY recommend getting a size larger than what your body might measure! I've reordered a LARGE, and will present the MED one to a niece, who is a bit slimmer than I.

I love my shirt and I ordered an extra large. I like my shirts loose. I got it and it fits more like a medium. The quality is great I just wish they would have said the shirts run very small.

I like my zip up sweatshirt very much, I got the green. If I could change one thing I would like the cuffs to be an elastic cuff.
