They're going to try to extract every last cent from you. We paid around 50000 deposit up front, they ended up taking around 70000 - for a four bedroom.

Terrible company. Feels like they want to use foreigners. I feel that I got completely scammed.
Communication was extremely bad and when I say bad I truly mean that. It was basically impossible to get in touch with them. Always got relocated to another person and never got the answer I need to get.
In the end I didn’t even got my deposit back and even had to pay some extra even apartment looked really great.
This is unbelievable and please avoid this company if possible.

We have been living in a newly built building managed by Deas for a year now, and we are appalled by their poor management. Upon moving in, we received a faulty washing machine, and it took them a total of two months to fix it. The outdoor lighting in front of the building has only worked for a week in the past year. The apartments leak, with walls and ceilings damp and damaged from water. The windows in the apartment were damaged during installation.
Upon receiving the keys, you are given a checklist, and you have two weeks to submit it with all damages to avoid deductions from the deposit. Unfortunately, most damages become apparent only after living in the apartment and using everything in it.
For months, they neglected to clear snow and ice in front of our entrances and in the parking lot. When attempting to contact them by phone to address ongoing issues, they respond arrogantly. They do not respond to written inquiries and pleas.
In addition, the hired cleaners responsible for maintaining the stairwells neglect their duties. They skip entrances and floors, resulting in perpetually dirty hallways. Due to icy conditions and snow, municipal workers refused to collect garbage for months, citing concerns for their own health, leaving us with unattended waste.
If you are a day late with rent payment, you will receive a fine of 400 crowns, yet they ignore the needs of the tenants for months. Also, don't expect to get your deposit back, as they will find the smallest issue to avoid returning it.
All in all, a very negative experience, and if possible, choose another company.

The ventilation system is malfunctioning every time the temperature is below 0 causing a non-stop loud sound from the door, bringing drafts of cold wind inside the apartment and causing a terribly dry and unpleasant atmosphere. First time that happened a year ago we had to wait for a full month under these circumstances and this time it has been ongoing for 15+ days. Deas is not informing, not providing any status and NEVER responds to any of our emails.
Isn't it a bit ridiculous and ultimately disrespectful to not even provide the BARE minimum of the services Deas is obliged to as per the lease?
We have not been able to sleep for days, I have constant headaches and snot because my sinus problem is very triggered by this badly ventilated space and on top of all these, cold air is coming 24/7 inside my apartment during the coldest days of the winter.
PS. Zero response to any of my emails the last 2 weeks and so much time wasted on Deas line where apparently the only thing they can do is tell us how sorry they are and at the same time have NO clue what/how/when this is to be fixed....
Is this really a company that among others provides customer service or I am that delusional???

They are incapable of simple tasks. I live in a building they used to manage, they have sent us over a month ago an email stating the management has moved to another company Newsec and gave us a bunch of number to call in case of emergency etc. We are with no heating in the whole apartment (the neighbours too) and we call the number (emergency number of Newsec) and Newsec doesn't have the address in their system!!! They can't help us they say and we have to find another number to call! SO We are Stuck without heating!! UNbelievable. Don't rent apartmentents to them and give a single penny to this company.

It has been a very smooth process. We went to see the apartment and the following day, we had it offered to us. We want to thank Heidi for a super good communication and good hopes for our new apartment

Nice and friendly staff , specially Kristoffer , he helped me a lot and communicated with me always , even that i don’t know danish there wasn’t a problem, his English is in a very good level that makes us to understand each other and find the right place for me .
they have good offers and the way they make things easy for you is incredible.
I looked 3 months for a place and I couldn’t find a right one for me , but with DEAS I find it only in a few days . my advice is if you want to find somewhere via a good staff, with any doubt contact DEAS they are the right one 👍🏼👌🏼

I live in Blaekhus Frederiksberg, which is managed by DEAS since October 2022. Living there is okay (but extremely overpriced and most of the time pretty dirty) as long as you don't have any problems. If there is a problem, I've found that DEAS doesn't help you at all. But what really annoyed me was the gaslighting I was exposed to when I was in contact with them. I moved in just as the building opened, which was the 15th of September 2021, and when I received the keys, the window was already broken. I was told that the window would be repaired in two weeks and that I would be contacted for an appointment. In the more than two years I lived there, I reached out several times, but the window is still broken today. When I contacted DEAS to ask for a rent reduction because of the broken window, I was told no because the flat was still habitable. But what really upset me is that the person I was in contact with tried to make it seem like it was my fault that the window hadn't been fixed yet because apparently craftsmen came to my door two times, but because I wasn't home, the window couldn't be repaired. The DEAS contact person said it was my responsibility to provide access to the flat. The only problem with this is that no one had contacted me about an appointment. So was I expected to be at home 24/7 for the last two years in case someone happened to turn up to fix my window? Furthermore, I wasn't even given exact dates by the DEAS contact person of when the craftsmen were apparently at my door. Also, I was previously told that a lift was required to repair the window from the outside. So am I supposed to believe that the craftsmen came to my flat not once but twice with a massive lift that they had to lease from an external company, as I was told, without ever making an appointment with me?
Edit: I expected to get this kind of response because this is what I was previously told by the DEAS contact person. However, besides one email that I received about five months after I was in contact with the property manager the last time and from a random craftsman instead of the property manager themselves, I was not contacted in any way and the DEAS contact person did not provide any proof for this claim. Also, if they had arranged a lift already when those craftsmen were apparently at my door, why did the property manager send me one craftsman without a lift on the 17th of October after I had contacted them again? He obviously left after five minutes because he was unable to repair the window by himself and without a lift. This is what is upsetting me, it's not so much the issue with the window but the fact that I feel like DEAS is taking zero responsibility and is pretending that it is me who is at fault.

DEAS finally had my floor repaired but failed to finish the job. I still lack a baseboard under my kitchen cabinets.
I wrote on November the 6th about the repairs. DEAS's reply again on the 6th was:
Tak David
Jeg går videre med det.
Du hører fra os
I wrote again the 12th of Nov. And again today to ask for an update.
After the 6th I have had no response from DEAS.
It seems to be a repeat of the floor repair. No information, no updates, and generally incompetent management practices.
I am constantly amazed at how badly DEAS handles the interaction with customers and how slow they are with repairs.

I had the delightful experience of receiving assistance from Heidi Olsen in search for an apartment in Hanebred 22,1 th, 2720 Vanløse through findbolig.nu, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the support she offered.
Heidi Olsen proved to be exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She consistently responded promptly to my messages and patiently guided me through the viewing of multiple apartments until I found the ideal one that fulfilled all my requirements. Many thanks to her :)

6 months after moving moving out still struggling to get case close.
I was told they are handing water for the apartment, turns out that wasn't in our contract, but they did charged it both through Betaling Service and deposit. 3 months after moving out local water supplier sends me bills, they never paid for the water....
Now I am asking for my money back, at the same time they made mistake in "moving-out-calculation", so they are also asking for the money back. Spent hours on the phone, 6 emails, only feedback is: Here is your reminder, it costs you extra 100DKK, you give us your money back in 10 days otherwise we send lawyers after you at your cost.
In 3 weeks administration was unable to calculate (money I own them) - (money they own me) = new amount I own them.
Apartment was good.

Throughout 2022 I have had a persistent ceiling leak in my 3-bedroom penthouse (built circa 2019).
Informed DEAS caretaker & admin multiple times, filed official complaints twice.
Each time a roofer comes to "patch" the roof, which then begins to leak again after the first more substantial rain. So far, four times, and counting.
Evident that the roof needs a proper repair, DEAS did not act to resolve the situation and now there are signs of leaks in other rooms (paint bulging, stains on ceiling etc).
The last leak occurred while I was out of town and the flooring got damaged from the water. In fact, water drips on my floor as I am writing this.
I'm shocked that I can pay 16k+ rent (which was raised once already this year) and 80k+ deposit for an apartment with a constant leak and NO ONE cares.
If DEAS actually wanted to fix this, they would have ordered a construction firm to properly repair the roof during the summer (the leak began in January).
In light of the entire situation, and knowing well that the Danish law is on my side, I am now proceeding with legal action.
This entire ordeal has already taken disproportionate amount of my time, simply because DEAS is "cutting corners" with regards to building maintenance.

Avoid, totally incompetent people working there :). Defects from move-in still haven’t been fixed for over 9 months now. Nobody gives a f*** about anything there literally, you can write as much as you want or call them, same answer “We will inform the caretaker”. They will be fast when taking my deposit, but not when they have to pay themself something to be fixed.
Update: The cold season started so even more problems arise, that the brand new apartment can't even heat up more than 20 degrees during the day time and drops below 19 degrees during the night, Getting in touch with Deas is at least 3 3-hour line each day. Getting a "we will inform a caretaker" means at least 2-3 months for a guy from deas to come to take a look and another 2-3 months to send a guy to fix it. Also lack of preventive maintenance, I could barely get inside the building as the outside door lock was frozen during the night and of course they incapable to buy a lock spray to prevent this.

I had the pleasure of being assisted with Kristoffer in my search for an apartment in Åparken, and I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance he provided. Aaaand here we go again. Deas received my heating account on the 9th of June, 2023. But they are doing stuff "hurtigst muligt". This took them almost 3 months to send me a letter, on 30.08.2023 about it. And guess what, they are again sitting my money.
As of today 13.09.2023 I still haven't received it.
Just remember, all of you are worlking for a scam organisation. No exception.
Send me back what you owe me and let's forget how unprofessional and unpleasant people you are. Like when you hang on the phone on people.
